Features: It can extend its size to whichever the owner prefers. When not in use, it reduces it's size similar to a plate. It floats and can be used as a shield. The green colored circle at the center can enlarge which Minora uses to suck away the magic of wizards and can also paralyze them at will. It can also be used for combat making it rotate forming a saw that can cut even through walls.
