Tobias' Pov

I knock frantically on Tris' front door, and finally, her foster mom opens the door.

"Hello Four. What's wrong?" She asks.

"Hey, can I um, speak to Tris?" I ask nervously.

All of a sudden, Maddy appears behind her mom.

"No mom," she begins.

"Don't."

"Sorry, Four. Just come back later." Maddy's mom shoots me a small smile as she closes the door.

Tris' Pov

When Maddy left my room, I got an anonymous text from someone. They didn't reveal their name, but instead sent me THE picture. I save it, just incase Tobias tries to deny anything.

I start crying, again, and just text him:

I really don't want to say or do this, especially in this way, but your an asshole and were done. I still can't believe you did this to me- t

oh and don't bother texting back-t

Honestly, that is the worst way to end a relationship with someone, but what choice do I have? If I were to say that face-to-face to him, I'd surely break down.

There is a loud knocking downstairs and I'm sure it's him.

Five minutes later, Maddy comes into my room.

"I made him leave."

"Thank you." I tell her.

"Tris, what did he do to you? Just, tell me." Maddy pleads.

I pull out my phone and show her the picture. Her reaction is hilarious. Her face scrunches up in anger and her hands form into fists,

"Just show him tomorrow at school that he can't destroy you. That you aren't one to be messed with. Okay?"

I take a deep breath and say, "Okay."
