Chapter 17-to top it off

I bit my lip and tried to make up and excuse in my head 
"Colin-"
"NO, DONT 'COLIN' ME" He hung up the phone, 
"is everything okay?" Justin asked with a worried look on his face
"yeah.. everythings.. fine" I pulled a fake smile, it must of been believeable
"so wanna go back onto the beach after youve eaten?" He asked pushed the bucket of chips foward, i pushed them away
"im not hungry" He sighed before taking the chips away
"are you sure your not hungry" I shook my head
"so you wont mind me eating these perfectly cooked hot chips?" I sighd before picking up my drink, He placed a the chip in his mouth
"MM MM MMM" He teased, I opened the lid of my smoothy and threw it in his face. 
"HEY!" He screamed, i giggled as i lent over the table and wiped some of the thick pink liquid off of his face then licked my fingers
"alright alright i admit it, i deserved that" I giggled, he lifted up his towel and wiped off his face so he wasnt sticky and pink anymore!
"so what is there to do on the beach?" I asked flipping my hair over one shoulder
"we could build a sand castle" I laughed
"how old are you?"

"your never to old to make a sandcastle" I sighd
"alright, ill make a deal with you, ill play in the sand IF we can make a sand mermaid" Justin smiled
"whos immature now?" I widened my eyes
"I never said you were immature" I stood up and brushed the chicken salt off of his shorts
"alright, lets get started on this sand mermaid then" I gave him a cheeky smile
"turn around so your backs facing me" he screwed up his face before doing as he was told, i walked over to the shop then ran and Jumped onto his back
"LETS GO!" I screamed, he giggled before running at full speed down the hill
"CHARGE!" Justin screamed with one arm out in front of him, i giggled as he collapsed onto the soft sand, we both laughed before Justin began piling sand onto my legs
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" 

"MAKING A SAND MERMAID" He patted the sound down on my thighs, i began giggling
"Your an idiot you know that?"  he pushed my shoulders down so i was laying flat
"SHH IM CONCERNTRATING" i laughed
"ALRIGHT EVERYONE SHUT UP, JUSTINS IN ARTISTI MODE!" I yelled out, everyone on the beach gave me a strange look,
"now whos the idiot?" I picked up some sand and threw it at him.

after literally hours of Justin turning me into a mermaid, it was complete, he made a collage on the tail made out of sand with shells, he covered my up with all different kinds of shells! it looked pretty amazing,
"hold still im taking a picture" He said pulling my phone out of the bag and snapping a couple of pictures, He then frowned
"whats wrong?" I asked
"I want a picture with the mermaid" I giggled before yelling out to a guy sitting on the beach
"HEY YOU! YEAH YOU! THE GUY IN THE YELLOW SHIRT?! COME HERE PLEASE" He walked over looking very confused
"um yes?" He asked
"Hi im Scarlett" He lent down to shake my hand
"im greg?" He was still very confused, i mean a girl dressed as a mermaid just called him over
"can you please take a picture of me and justin?" He nodded and justin handing him the camera,
"on the count of three" Greg said and began counting
"1..2..3" As he said '3' instead of taking the photo he began running off with my phone, 
"OI!" I screamed as i jumped up from the ground, all the sand and the shells hit the floor, Justin began running after him,
"GIVE THAT BACK!" He yelled before jumping onto his back and tackling to the ground, after some time i caught up and stopped in front of them, Justin had him in a headlock
"ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE THE PHONE BACK?!" He spat
"AHH LET ME GO!" the guy screamed
 "GIVE.BACK.THE.PHONE" after alot of struggling he finally gave my phone back, Justin rolled off him and ran over to me,
"Damn it.. we didnt get a photo of me and the mermaid" I frownd before placing the phone in my bikini top.

we stayed out for the whole day and the sun was begining to set over the sea
"mother nature at her finest" Justin excalimed as we lent up against a rock 
"you know what justin, i had a pretty good day today" Justin turned to me
"you know what, so did i" he lent foward and kissed me on the cheek,
"its getting a little cold dont you think?" I said shivering a little, Justin reached into his bag and handed my his hoodie and i gladly accepted. the clouds started gathering in the skye and it began raining
"what the? where did that come from?" I said as it was sunny a couple of minutes ago, Justin laughed
"ill call josh so he can come and pick us up but in the mean time.. ever been kissed in the rain?" I blushed
"ive never had a boyfriend before so ive never been kissed in the rain"  he looked shocked
"Youve never had a boyfriend?!" I shook my head and hid my soaked face, by this time it was pouring down hard. He pulled me closer to him 
"i guess ill be your first boyfriend then" I smiled
"my boyfriend? that means im your girlfriend?"  he chuckled before placing his lips onto mine, i took that as a yes
