Chapter 12- please wake up

"Justin, show me a sign that your alive, please just move, twitch, wake up even?" I whispered as i brought his ahdn to my lips, 
Justin began to move and open his eyes slowly, he screwed up his face
"Justin?!" I could feel tears of joy building up in my eyes
"Scarlett?" He tried to sit up but i gently placed my hands on his chest and pushed him back down, 
"Where am I?" He asked confused
"Your in a hospital, let me get the doctors" He gave me a puzzled look as i ran to the door and called down the hall
"Why am I in a hospital?" He scratched his head, two doctors came running in,
"goodmorning Justin" they said sitting down at the end of his bed
"nobodys answering me, why am i in the hospital?!" he started to become worried,
"Justin, my name is doctor murphy and w-"
"JUST TELL ME WHY IM IN THE HOSPITAL AND IF ANYONE ELSE WAS HURT!" Justin screamed
"You jumped in front of a bullet" I interupted, he looked around with a 'are you serious' look on his face,
"why would i do that?" He asked, the doctor smiled
"You saved that girls life" I looked to the ground, it was all my fault he got shot.

"I did?" he asked not recalling the situation, i nodded and loked at my feet, 
"ill give you two some time alone togther" all the doctors left the room clicking the door shut behind them,
"w.. what happened?" Justin asked, he was a little shaken up,
"someone broke into the house.. they tried to shoot me but-"
"I jumped in front of you didnt i?" He obviously knew what he was capible of
"yeah? do you remeber?" I raised an eyebrow, he nodded slightly
"I.. i think so..." 
"Tell me what you remeber" I said moving closer to him 
"I was.. in my room.. and you were in the corner.. and.." He began to cry
"im sorry, i cant go on, im sorry" I moved close to him on the bed patting his back.

"im sorry i got you shot Justin" He stopped crying and looked up at me
"no, never say that, it wasnt your fault, i wanted to save your life" I sighed
"Why did you want to save me?" i asked, 
"i couldnt imagine life without you.." he looked away and blushed, I felt my heart beat faster.

"what do you mean Justin?" Justin shook his head 
"can we just.. drop it, i cant thnk straight" I stood up and straightended out my clothes,
"well ive been here for a week so i think im going to go  home and shower and your mum can come and visit" as i went to wlak off Justin grabbed my arm
"wait.. you were here for a week?" i nodded 
"i promised you i wouldnt leave your side, and i didnt" he released my arm and i walked towards the door
"thankyou" i looked back to see Justin smiling, it felt good to know ive done something right for once.

When i got home pattie ran to the hospital, 
"your home?" Mum ran up to me and hugged me, i hugged her back
"whats happening?!" she asked
"He woke up, im going to have a shower, change my clothes then go back to see him" i made my way over to the stairs
"your staying here tonight" I stopped and screwed up my face 
"no, im going to the hospital to see Justin" Mum shook her head and walked over to me,
"your staying here, patties staying at the hospital" I stomped my foot 
"what gives you the right to do that?!"
"I am your mother and you will obey me" she stood tall and above me,
"Fine. but im going to see him now" mum tapped her foot
"how do you plan on getting there, im not driving you" I took a deep breath and made my way up to my room to have a shower and get ready. 

once i got out the shower i brushed my hair into a pony tale and picked up my phone, 
"Nikitta!" i said as she answered her phone,
"Scarlett?! OH MY GOD HEY!" she screamed
"I really need your help with something" she was older than me and had her licence, she agreed that she would come and pick me up in an hour or so. I made my way down the stairs
"staying home i see" mum said taking a bite out of her apple
"Nikittas picking me up" I spat as i walked towards the front door
"i thought i told you not to g-"
"Mother, if it wasnt for Justin i would most probably be dead right now, so if you can please let me go and see him, would you rather not see me for a couple of hours or never see me again? because if i was dead i wouldnt be here would i mother?! Justin risked his life to save mine, let me go and thank him" I turned aorund before slamming the door behind me.

as nikitta pulled up the driveway mum rushed out to see me 
"Scarlett please" I shook my head and slipped in the front seat
"Just go" I said smiling over to nikitta who was sitting in the front seat, we sped down the street.
"so why is this Justin kid in hospital?" Nikitta asked as she was curious
"He jumped in front of a bullet to save my life" I said my eyes fixed on the road,
"wait wait wait wait.. someone was trying to shoot you?!" I let a  breath out
"he broke into the house, no time to explain, turn left here" she pulled into the carpark before letting me out, i thanked her and ran into the hospital. I fixed my hair before knocking on the door, 
"its open" patties voice screamed, i entered to see two doctors helping Justin stand
"Scarlett!" Justin said with a smile on his face
"They said ill be out by tomorrow!" I wlaked over to him
"Thats great!" they helped him back onto the bed before leaving the room to give us some alone time, Pattie also left.

"so you really stayed here.. for a week? just waiting?" I nodded
"you saved my life, i did what i had to do to save yours" He put his hand out and ruffled my hair
"you didnt shower?" he joked, i pushed his arm away and laughed, He took a breath in before placing his hands on the back of his head 

"just think, tomorrow we will be playing COD up in my bedroom"  I smiled, i was so happy he was alive and not dead, i was so happy!
