It was time for dinner. I walked downstairs. We ate dinner as a family, at the table. I sat down and began to eat. "Taylor, are you excited for school?" Max asked. No one brought up what happened earlier. "Uh.. Meh." I said. "But aren't you smart?" Adam asked. "yeah but no one in school never liked me.." I said before looking down. "..Oh.." Jason said. There was a silence. "Well, you'll make friends." Mitch said. "..I hope.." I said. "Don't worry. You will." Adam asked. I sighed. "Sure.. whatever.." I said. I finished eating and went up to my room.
