"Gin, stop!"
(Y/N)'s voice roared loudly, as the man in question halts in his steps— his fist was just a few centimeters away from hitting the v haired demon vice commander of the Shinsengumi.
Gintoki internally scowled when he heard her voice. Somehow, she had a soft spot for the mayonnaise loving bastard, and he didn't like it. Especially when he loved her.
"....Just one punch." He pleaded, turning to look at her with big red eyes batting cutely at her.
"No. I told you to stop fighting every time you meet. Why can't you two just get along?" She sighs, placing her hands on his shoulders and started pushing him forward.
"Now, come on. Let's get going~" She hums happily, as the male groaned.
What's going on in that beautiful mind?

And I'm so dizzy, don't know what hit me, but I'll be alright
Gintoki gazed at her intensely, only one thing swimming through the countless thoughts in his head — what was she thinking right now? Was it him?
"Why are you looking at me like I did something bad?" (Y/N) gave Gintoki an incredulous look, noticing the way he squinted his red eyes at him.
"Because you did,"
"Oh really?" She sassed, placing a hand on her hip. "Please do enlighten me what ever wrong I did to you."
"You poisoned me with your love. I don't know what you did, but now— I'm so in love with you."
"........Ew, Gin. That did not sound as cool as you thought it'd be." She stuck her tongue out in disgust before lowly chuckling to herself when the man grew embarrassed.
My head's under water

Gintoki thrashed in his futon, eyes shut close and sweat trickling furiously from his head. He was dreaming of that day again. (Y/N) slightly woke up from the noise he was making.
"N-No....." Gintoki whimpered in a low voice, his eyebrows furrowed as his breath started going uneven. "Gintoki? Gintoki!" She already knew what it was.
His dreams were haunting him again.
Pursing her lips worriedly, she placed a hand on his forehead to wipe away his sweat. "Don't worry, dear." She whispers, leaning down to plant a loving kiss upon his forehead.
"I'm here for you."
"NO!" Gintoki's strained voice rang loudly as he jolted awake with his hand outstretched. He blinked a few times and saw (Y/N) looking at him worriedly.
"....I'm sorry," He whispers as he hangs his head down to clasp his silvery blue hair. "It's fine, Gin." She softly exhaled through her nose and started rubbing circles on his back.
"I'm here, I'm by your side. You're not alone." She assured him and Gintoki looked up at her, (Y/N) could swear she even saw little drops of tears forming in the corners of his eyes.
"....Thank you." He hugged her tightly, encasing her in his strong arms.

Gintoki smiled, when he woke up first thing in the morning to see her beautiful face lying right beside him. Gently but carefully moving closer, so as not to wake her, he admired the view.
He knew he loved everything about her. Every single thing— he loved it. Just like how she loved every bit of him, and everyone knew that Gintoki was never close to perfect.
In her eyes, she always told him that he was her definition of perfect. "Give me your everything, and I'll give you my everything, love." He whispered lowly, pushing back a strand of her (H/C) hair.

"Damn it, I lost again." Gintoki cursed, as he walked out from the pachinko parlor. But, just as he stepped outside the door he met (Y/N)'s angry face.
"You lost again, and you lost our money again." She sternly repeated, crossing her arms over her chest, as if awaiting an explanation from the silver headed male.
"....But I win in life because I have you?...." He squeaked out, hoping to lessen her fury by whispering sweet words.
"That's not gonna save you this time, Gin." She held up a fist and Gintoki gulped nervously.

The world is beating you down, I'm around through every mood
Gintoki could hear soft sniffles in the middle of the night. Abruptly waking up, by sensing she wasn't by his side, he found her near the window gazing at the moon.
He was unsure if he should approach her. But, those sniffles were no joke— she was crying and he hated it when she was crying. She always told him not to look at her when she was crying because she said she looked ugly and she'd be too ashamed to face him.
But who cares about what she looks like when she's hurt? She needs comfort and he was gonna be the one to give it to her.
"What's wrong?" Gintoki softly asked her, and she turned to him in surprise. Her (E/C) eyes widened in shock, but tears were gathered in her eyes and rolling down her cheeks.
"G-Gintoki!" She gasped turning away again, "S-Sorry, did I wake you?" She forced a laugh and he frowned when he saw her covering her face from his view.
"How many times do I have to tell you, that you're beautiful when you're crying too?" He sighs, as he grabbed her wrists and softly pulled them away from her face.
"....Don't tell me if you don't want to, but don't reject my comfort." Gintoki says, as he pressed her against his chest. "It's always better to cry in somebody's arms rather than crying alone."

My worst distraction, my rhythm and blues
I can't stop singing, it's ringing, in my head for you
"You're a cheating piece of shit!!" (Y/N) yelled angrily at Gintoki, standing up to glare at him.
"And you're a liar who thinks they can get away with anything they do!!" He yelled back at her, just as angrily as she did, veins popping out on his face.
"Oh yeah?!" She raised her voice and leaned closer. "I'm moving out, and I'm taking the kids with me!!" She yells pointing to Shinpachi and Kagura. While Shinpachi and Kagura just watched the two of them argue heatedly.
"....I think we should stop playing monopoly...." Shinpachi sweat dropped, holding the monopoly board in hand.
"Don't fight anymore, Gin-chan and (Y/N)-nee. Let's just conclude that the two of you are disqualified and I win the game." Kagura naturally said flicking her booger towards Shinpachi.
"Kagura-chan, you only say that because you want to win, but you're bankrupt already." Shinpachi sighs, pushing his glasses up. Gintoki and (Y/N) were both really competitive about the game.
"As for you two," He turned to Gintoki and (Y/N). "It's just a game, so say sorry and make up."
"You want us to make out? In front of you, really?" Gintoki asked and Shinpachi went bright red at that.
"N-No! I said MAKE UP!! LIKE RECONCILE!"
"Okay....I'm sorry," (Y/N) sighs as she held hee hand out for him to shaķe.
"Alright then. So you admit that you're a liar?" Gintoki asked and she nodded again. "Yes, yes. I'll admit everything."
"Good, cause I won't." He snickered, swatting her hand and running away quickly before she could beat him to death.
"WHY, YOU—!!"
"Gin-san never acts like an adult...." Shinpachi sighed watching Gintoki run away from her.
Everytime he was with her, it was both a distraction and an inspiration. He could stare at her for hours, admiring every single feature she has that still made her look so beautiful in his eyes, he could even trade a Ketsuno Ana Figurine for her.
Cards on the table, we're both showing hearts
Risking it all, though it's hard
At first, Gintoki thought he'd never fall in love. The idea of love scared him and it became something he feared. Because, having someone you treasure, someone you hold dear, someone you'd be scared to lose was terrifying.
As he had already experienced that once in his life. He never wanted to experience it again— that's why he pushed the thought of love out of his head.
Until she came along, and changed his view of love.
With her, he was willing to risk it all. Because, he knew deep inside his soul that he was willing to do anything to protect her, so long as she was with him— he could do anything.
So, he gave in to the desire to hold her in his arms, to make her his, to be able to call her as his, and be the one by her side— so he loved her.

"Hm, It's always so calming to watch the sun set." (Y/N) sighs happily, as she locked her arms with Gintoki's. They were at the bridge, watching the sun set slowly over the ocean— it was a splendid view.
It was the same for Gintoki— only for him, the so called splendid view was (Y/N) herself. Gintoki nervously gulped, as he took deep breaths to calm himself.
(Y/N) seemed to be oblivious of how nervous the usually calm male was acting, as she was busy admiring the view. Gintoki cleared his throat and grabbed something from his pocket.
"Uh....(Y/N)?" He called out to her in a soft voice, making the woman turn to him with curious (E/C) eyes.
"I've given you all of me, except one thing," He paused to take out the ring hidden in his hands and showed it to her.
"My last name— will you...accept it?" He asked in a hopeful voice, his eyes warmly gazing at her. At this, (Y/N) felt tears spring up and threaten to fall from her eyes.
She covered her mouth and looked at him as if he was crazy. "G-Gin.....This isn't a dream right?" She asked in disbelief and Gintoki nodded with a huge smile. "Yeah, it isn't."
She then proceeded to wrap her arms around him in a tight hug. "I'll give you all of me too, even my hand in marriage, Gintoki!" She cheers happily as they locked their lips together.
