Abuto roamed the halls of the ship. His girlfriend was nowhere to be seen again. After being recruited, she had become the cook- since Kamui found out she's apparently a good cook and also Kamui's sparring partner. The woman was apparently very very strong and was coincidentally a friend of Kamui's father, Umibouzu.
"Meoww!!"
"Oww! Stop that, if you don't. I'll throw you off the ship, damn cat."
Abuto heard Kamui and the cat, Youpi bickering again. He sighed, knowing that (Y/N) would be there. They were in a training hall, Kamui was slumped on the floor full of sweat and fighting with....a cat. But there was still no sign of (Y/N).
"Captain, have you seen (Y/N)?" Abuto asked as Kamui and the cat, Youpi had a temporary truce and both looked to Abuto with an innocent gaze. 'T-They're starting to look alike.' Abuto laughed mentally in his mind staring at Kamui and the cat.
"Oh, nee-san went to go get water. But while she's gone, I'll be disposing of her stupid cat." Kamui grinned, quickly turning back to the cat and fighting with it again, somehow the cat managed to dodge his attacks.
"I never thought I'd live to see the day Captain would be fighting with a mere cat." Abuto sweat dropped when suddenly he felt something or rather someone crash into his back. "Abuto!~" (Y/N) beamed happily as she hugged him.
"There you were. I've been looking everywhere for you." Abuto lightly smiled, planting a small kiss atop her head. "Kamui pulled me in for a training session. The kid still can't beat me~" She smugly remarked.
"Yeah, and the kid you speak of is fighting with your cat right now." Abuto laughs as (Y/N) turned to Kamui and Youpi and gasped. "Wha-?! You two, I told you no fighting!!" (Y/N) yells reprimandingly as she grabbed them both and pulled them off of each other.
"Nee-san, you should just get rid of that cat. All it does is eat, poop and sleep. It's good for nothing." Kamui huffed, crossing his arms. "You do have a point. Youpi's been an ungrateful cat to me." (Y/N) narrowed her eyes at the cat who gave her a cute pleading look.
"But I'm not that cruel." (Y/N) laughs as she releases both of them from her hold. Abuto was just watching them with a soft and loving look directed to (Y/N). At that moment, she seemed so....motherly.
Abuto gulped when he realized the intensity of his own thoughts. Was he....yearning to have a child with (Y/N)? Abuto shook his head, 'But...I do think she'll make a great mother.'
"Abuto, come on. It's almost time for lunch!!" He felt her take his hand and drag him with her as she led him to the mess hall. "Abuto, you're spaced out. What's wrong?" She asked, while they were eating.
"N-No....Nothing."Abuto quickly cleared his throat. But Abuto failed to notice the pair of big blue eyes that stared at him with a knowing look. A smirk played on Kamui's lips as he looked at Abuto, "Oh? So that's how it is, huh?"
"I'll lend you a hand, Abuto~"

"Captain, what did you call me here for? Is it a new mission?" Abuto asked, entering Kamui's office where the vermillion haired male was seated upon his chair.
"Abuto....I know about it." He spoke softly, his hands connected in front of him, a seemingly stern expression on his face. Abuto grew nervous- even though he didn't do anything wrong, Kamui's stare made him feel like he did something wrong.
"W-What do you know about, Captain?" Abuto lightly gulped, feeling nervous still under Kamui's piercing gaze. "Don't joke with me. I know you have an idea of what I'm talking about." Kamui replied quickly.
'W-What did I do wrong?...Does he know about that?!' Abuto gasped in his mind. "Abuto, spit it out." Kamui ordered and Abuto bowed his head. "A-Alright!! I sneaked out last week to buy the latest issue of an adult magazine!!"Abuto confessed quickly.
"B-But it wasn't for me!! It was for Shinzo, he'd been pestering me to buy one for him and I lost a bet so I had to go!!"Abuto says and then when Kamui didn't reply he looked up to see Kamui's disappointed face.
"Abuto.....I wasn't talking about that...."Kamui says in a dead voice feeling disappointed at the male's unexpected confession as Abuto arched his eyebrow at him. "Then, what is it?"
"You want to propose to (Y/N)-nee, right? I wanted to tell you to hurry up and marry her. I think your kid will be strong, I'm interested in fighting strong people." Kamui grinned innocently as Abuto's soul flew out of his body.
"H-H-How did you know, Captain?" Abuto sweat dropped, after his soul flew back in. 'Captain is really perceptive. I really can't hide anything from him.'
"I've been seeing you look at her like you're so lovesick all these time. I had my suspicions but I knew it when I saw you from this morning." Kamui laughed, and then he gave Abuto a thumbs up.
"Go for it, Abuto. And make me your kid's uncle. I'll teach them to be strong!~" Kamui chuckled loudly as Abuto sighed, "T-Then, for the meantime, would you mind keeping it a secret from her, Captain?" Abuto asked as Kamui nodded.
"Of course!~"Kamui nodded, 'When they get married, they'll have kids. When they have kids that pesky cat will be out of here.' Kamui happily thought while Abuto made his way out of the office.

"Abut-" (Y/N) cut herself off when she saw that Abuto was talking with someone. (Y/N) arched an eyebrow, she then saw a woman standing in front of Abuto. They seemed to be engaged in a deep conversation.
Leaning closer, while still hiding behind the wall‐ (Y/N) could hear bits of what they were talking about. "Alright. Thanks, is tomorrow at 3pm fine?" Abuto asked the woman.
The said woman smiled and nodded eagerly at Abuto, "Of course! I'll be waiting for you." The woman spoke softly, her words appearing as an alluring invite to (Y/N)'s ears. As she watched Abuto and the woman bid goodbye, (Y/N) backed into the wall, masking her entire presence.
"I-I can't believe this....A-Abuto's cheating on me?" She mutters out lowly, her hands on her mouth as she felt her heart being ripped out of her chest at the discovery of his betrayal.
"B-But....Why would he cheat on me?" (Y/N) whispered in disbelief as she frowned, trying her best to hold back her tears, she ran away quickly.
"....I hope I can buy the ring as soon as possible. Luckily Ayano agreed on helping me buy it." Abuto sighed as he walked away.

"A-Abuto....Can we talk?" (Y/N) asked, walking slowly into Abuto's room. Abuto looked up to see her nervously playing with her hands. As soon as she sat on his bed, Abuto hugged her.
"Why? Somethin' wrong?" He asked and then she shook her head. He hugged her from the behind so he wasn't able to see the troubled expression on her face that looked like she wanted to cry.
"Okay, I'll make it short," She took a deep breath and gathered her courage. "Abuto, I want you to know that above all, I want you to be happy because I genuinely love you with all my heart and there's nothing more I could ask for aside from you loving me." Her words were long but Abuto managed to follow through with it.
"So? Why are you suddenly saying things like that?" Abuto chuckled, as he leaned back and looked at her. When he saw that look on her face like she was about to cry, his smile dropped.
"W-What's wrong?" Now, Abuto felt nervous. He felt that her next words were something he wouldn't want to hear.
"I....I know you've been cheating on me," She mumbled out, "And... I want you to be happy so I'm setting you free....Let's break up."
".....What?" Abuto's face turned serious, he held her shoulders and forced her to face him. "What are you saying? I'm not cheating on you! No, I won't allow you to break up with me." Abuto stated, as (Y/N) now looked at him with tear-filled eyes.
"B-But earlier...you said you were gonna meet with that woman tomorrow..."
"What?...Oh......Oh!" Abuto was confused for a while but then he figured out what she meant and he sighed. "I was wanting to buy something for you. She knew where to buy it so I wanted to ask her to accompany me buy it! I-It was for you, after all..." Abuto blushed as he looked away.
"S-So....you're not cheating on me?"
"No! I would never. I-I told you to Hold Unto me tight. So I'm doing the same...I'm Holding Unto you tightly- and for life." Abuto smiled as he kissed her forehead
"F-For life? Wait—Abuto, what do you mean?" (Y/N) asked, Abuto only chuckled and lied back on his bed, draping his blanket over himself. "You'll find out in due time. Be patient, you old hag." Abuto says.
"What?! No, I can't wait! Come on, Abuto. Tell me!!" (Y/N) pleaded as she tugged on his blanket. "Wait- did you just call me an old hag!? You're not that far from me in age, you old man!! How dare you—!"
"Shut up and sleep with me!" Abuto yelled, as he quickly grabbed her and encased her in his arms, holding unto her tightly.
"Yup....I'm definitely Holding Unto you for life. No matter what happens." Abuto whispered lowly, a sweet smile lingering on his lips as he looked down at her with love swimming in his eyes.

AAANNNNDDDD today's update for the daily fic is the Part 2 of Abuto's Holding Unto! Ahahahahahah- Author-san did a bad job with it. 😭😭😭. Konnichiwa_ItsYN I would like to apologize for this one. I do not know what I was thinking.
