Leah POV :
I hurried down the street to get to the grocery store, mum forgot to buy the chicken for the chicken soup... I mean who forgets to get the chicken when the main course is chicken soup, my mum obviously. And I really need some chocolate, don't blame me..., am choco-manic... If that's a word... Anyway I opened the door to the grocery store, walked towards the aisle as I look for the candy and chocolate section, the chicken can come later... I picked a bar of chocolate then I spotted the ice cream section, oh the joy... I basically skipped towards the section, am sure I looked creepy with the smile on my face, i checked it and saw that it remain only one chocolate flavored ice cream....
"Thank God I came on time... " I let out a breath I never knew I was holding and was about to grab it when a muscular arm beat me to it,oh no you don't.... I basically growled, you know that feeling you get when you feel like slapping the shit out of someone...I turn around to meet the muscular chest of a guy, he his too tall... I looked up
"Excuse me, but that is mine" my voice clipped as I send him a saccharine smile... He looks at me then smirk... Oh my god! That smirk... So hot- snap out of it girl, you need to get your ice cream, the container is probably begging you to take it out of that muscular arm.. But that smirk though....
"Hmm... Really.... " voice rasped out... Oh god! Am gonna die, Leah pull yourself together.
"Last time I checked I took it from the freezer, and it was up for sale, so babe I don't see how it's yours... " my cheeks glowed up... Did he just call me babe, Leah what is wrong with you, you are always composed around boys, why am I turning jittery in front of this guy who looks like he came out from a model magazine.. I cleared my throat.
"But you saw me going for it, as a gentleman you should have-
"Who told you am a gentleman" he looks at me curiously as I was about to answer him but he beats me to it...
"Let me tell you pretty thing, am in no way gentle and I like to play rough, I like claiming dominance in all things" his eyes rakes over her body,licked his lips,as he sends her a wink while she glared at him.
She blushed,she felt all kinds of emotion... Angry, embarrassed and some how turn on... she knows what he means, what does he take her for, she lost her appetite for the chocolate ice cream , she just want to get her mum's chicken then get the hell out of her, she gave him one last glare and started walking off but the stubborn ass followed her.
"Hey.. I didn't get a name" she ignores him as he chuckled.
"Ignoring me know are we?... Don't your want your chocolate ice cream?" he teased her,she rolled her eyes as she picked the chicken and grabs her bar of chocolate as he beams at her innocently... What an a*s... But a good looking as*...
"Ok then my name is Hunter... "
"Does It look like I care"she waves him off
"Common babe, i just want to know the name of this beautiful lady"
He raised his hands up in mock surrender with the ice cream still in his left hand as he follows her around until they got to the counter, a line forming as she joined it still ignoring him...
"Ok ok... At least i can have your number right?"
she still ignored him, busy looking around...
"If you give me, let's say I would leave you alone... "He smirks "for now" he mumbled inaudibly...
This got her attention ,does she want this Greek god to leave her alone, she wants him to leave her alone since she knows she is not going to get her ice cream back,she stubbornly convinced herself, might as well give the hot guy a wrong number right. After exchanging their numbers, the guy walked up to the girl behind the counter who checks out the goods and whispers something into her ear as the customers looks at him curiously, Leah scoffs, of cos he his going to flirt with counter girl... Or not,she watches as he slips something to the girl as she giggles, she fell into his charm so quick... She rolls her eyes,she feels somehow jealous, he his no more giving her his attention, she was never an attention seeker.. But she wants his attention, he turned around and caught her staring at him, he sends her a wink before walking out of the store...
"What just happened?... "She asks herself, as she stared at where he just went through...
