Jade´s POV
As we came nearer to the restaurant I could sense Perrie getting more nervous by the second. Her legs shook and she looked out of the window.
"Babe, are you alright?"
"Yeah of course. Why´d you ask?" she asked trying to hide her nervousness. I stopped the car and looked in her beautiful eyes. I could see her fear in them.
"What are you afraid of, babe?"
"It´s nothing..it´s just I'mscaredtomeetLeighandJesy"
"Sorry what was that?"
"I´m scared to meet Leigh and Jesy. They´re your best friends. what if they don´t like me?"
"Pez, they´re going to love you. Now don´t be so nervous think optimistic. Just think about our future together"
She smiled and thanked me. I loved how I could calm her so easily. We stared into each others eyes and leaned in closer closing the gap. Our lips moved in perfect sync once again in a slow yet passionate kiss both of us knowing that no matter what everything is gonna be alright.
When we pull away I open my eyes and ready myself for my next step. I´ve thought a lot and I realized that I love Perrie i love everything about her, her bright blue eyes, her dazzling smile, the dimples that form when she laughs so melodically, I think you get the point. And I need Perrie to know that. My palms are sweaty and now I´m the one whose nervous. I put all my confidence together and try to be brave as these words leave my mouth.
"I love you, Pez"
She smiles really wide and hugs me. "I´m glad you feel the same way. I love you too, baba"
Our lips touch again and before we could start to snog I stop her. Don´t get me wrong I love making out with Pez but we have to attend a date.
"Umm Pez, I think we have to get to our date"
She giggles and gets out of her position on my lap. How did she even get there? Anyways we get to the date and I open the door for her.
"Being the gentlewoman you are I see"
"Only for you m´lady"
Our chit chat was soon interrupted when the paps found our location and snapped loads of pics. I instantly hugged Perrie and wrapped a protective arm around her waist as we made our way into the restaurant.
"Stay close to me and don´t answer any of their questions. Keep your head down. love" I kissed her cheek and guided her into the restaurant. The paps shouted random questions towards us.
"Jade look over here"
"Jade who´s your girlfriend?"
"Bring her over here. So we all can have something from her"
My grip on her waist tightened and I heard Perrie´s whimper. "Sorry I didn´t mean to hurt you"
"It´s alright, baba"
"Don´t need to be shy, Jade" the paps again
We finally got inside and we went up to the receptionist.
"I´ve got a reception for Thirlwall"
"Sure. I´ll show you your table. Follow me"
Soon we sat in our seats in the very end of the restaurant. Leigh and Jess were already waiting for us.
"Hey guys, this is my gorgeous girlfriend Perrie Edwards, Pez these are my best friends Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jessica Nelson"
"Nice to meet you two Jade´s told me a lot about you already" Pez says as she leans in to shake hands with Jess. Oh Pez not with these two. Jesy slapped away her hand and hugged Pez. She looked a bit taken back but still hugged back. Leigh and her did the same thing and they sat down.
"Oh and Pez, can I call you that, please call me Leigh and her Jesy or Jess whatever you prefer"
"Sure you can call me that. Yeah I get what you mean it can get annoying being called something you don´t want to be called"
"Yeah am I right girls?" I said glaring at my friends and holding Pez´s hand under the table.
"What do you mean Poopey´s a really cute name and it really suits you" Pez said
"What? I thought you´re the one I could trust but you´re one of them"
"Really Poopey still dreaming about a girlfriend not being on our side?" Jess snots
I got interrupted by the waitress asking for our drinks
"I´ll have a glass of wine"
"Same for me"
Lesy always order the same things and then look into each others eyes like some schoolgirl looking at their crush. As they did now at any other time I´d fake barf but now that I realise how beautiful it is to have someone to love.
The waitress turned to Perrie giving her a flirty smile and twirling her finger in her hair
"What about you pretty lady?"
"umm..I´ll have a coke, please" Pez gave her a polite smile, which the waitress took as flirty action and continued to stare at my girlfriend. Did I mention that she´s MY girlfriend.
"I´ll have a coke as well" I said rather loudly making her staring stop. I glared at her as she left.
"What´s her problem?"
"What do you mean?" asked a completely oblivious Pez when the waitress walked off.
"She was totally flirting with you. and you´re my girlfriend not hers"
"you know that I only love you right?" she reassures me while squeezing my hand tighter and stroking her thumb over it. She kisses my cheek and makes sure i know that she really means what she said.
Some guy walked up and began to talk to Leigh. Leigh ushers me out of my seat and explains that he´s the owner of the restaurant and that he wants to take photos with me and wants me to sign some stuff.
I peck Perrie´s lips one last time and leave with Leigh letting Pez know what I´m going to do.
Perrie´s POV
Jade just left to take photos and to sign some things for the restaurant leaving me and Jesy alone.
"So Pez what do you do for a living?"
"I´m a teacher. You´re Jade´s producer and director and song writer right?"
"Yeah, now let me get to know you better and then you get to know me better alright?"
"Yeah sure" Jesy´s really nice so far and I only know her for like an hour or something.
"So why´d you become a teacher? and what subjects do you teach?"
"I became a teacher because I had this really cool teacher and she kinda inspired me to become one I always wanted to help people in some kind of way I guess that´s why I became the trust teacher in my school. oh and I´m a German and English teacher but I mainly have German lessons because I´m the only German teacher."
"That´s really inspiring. To be honest I´m glad you´re a teacher you seem very behind everything and behind your students not like some other teachers I had"
"Yeah I know. It´s a shame that there are still teachers like them around. But I think it´s really important to be behind your students and to believe in them because when no one believes in them they have you and they can show others that they can archive a lot of things if they believe in themselves. That´s basically the thing I want to teach them."
"That´s very wise how old are you?"
"23"
"Wow you sound like you´ve been a teacher for like 50 years you really are wise. And why exactly German isn´t it a difficult language?"
"It´s just your attitude about it. It depends some people struggle with it and others learn really fast you just gotta be patient"
"ah I see, so do you have German-speaking relatives?"
"Yeah, my dad´s parents from Austria and I learned it as a kid"
"So Jess, it´s my turn now if you don´t mind"
"Let´s go young tiger"
"Why exactly did you become a producer and all that?"
"I always wanted to do something with music when I´m grown up and when I was about 16 I had a summer job in a music studio and I got to see how everything worked and I realized that without a producer a song wouldn´t work and that they can add the last finishing touches to perfect the song and I love doing that. I first wanted to direct when we were in LA with Jade and did her first video I was amazed by their work and soon began to ask questions. I wanted to know everything about it and Jade let me direct her videos and now I´m kinda her director. And writing songs was just a thing Leigh, Jade and I would always do we loved it and we still do maybe you can join us in the future?"
"Wow that´s a very interesting story. And I´d love to but I don´t really write songs I tend to write poems though. And how did you and Leigh become a couple if I´m allowed to ask?"
"Leigh, Jade and me have always been the best of friends like the 3 musketeers. But when I was about 17 I started to feel very attracted towards Leigh like more than friends attracted. I told Jade and she told me to ask Leigh out. so I did and she gladly said yes and you know the rest"
"Awww that´s so cute. I´m sorry but I have to fangirl over how cute your relationship is I had to hold it in for the entire night."
I started to fangirl and became a few weird stares but I just gave them a look that said "Mind your own business". They stopped staring and Jesy laughed.
"I like you. You´re not afraid to be who you are and you aren´t after Jade´s money like others. You truly like Jade. To be honest I never liked Jade´s exes they were all either after her money or fake but I never told Jade because she would have been heart broken. And I can tell that Jade feels the same like the scene with the waitress Jade would never have done that if it was one of her exes and she told us that she wants to protect and take care of you."
"Wow Jess you know people really fast. And I like you as well all of you are lovely and I think it wouldn´t make sense just to be with a person for the money or the fame it just isn´t right I despise people like that."
"Finally someone who understands. Where have you been all my life? I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship"
Jade´s POV
I just came back from my little session with the owner turned out it was a signing for the whole restaurant. I missed my princess a lot. I hope Jess didn´t scare her or anything like she did with my other girl and boyfriends.
I braced myself for the worst but was shocked when i found the both of them laughing together.
"Look who´s back it´s little Poopey. Did you miss your wittwe girlfriend, who is now one of my best friends by the way?"
"Are you serious Jess? That´s amazing I can´t believe it. you finally liked my girlfriend!" I screamed in delight.
"Yeah and she definitely is a keeper"
"I know, Jess, I know"
Jesy whispered the last part so that Perrie couldn´t hear it. But she is to busy chatting with Leigh. I guess they like her already. I couldn´t be happier.
We joked, enjoyed our food and company and had a blast until we had to leave.
"Bye guys see you tomorrow" i said as i hugged the girls goodbye.
I drove Pez to her house only to see that she fell asleep. She looked so cute. I picked her up and carried her to her front door. Looking in her plant where I knew she kept her second key. I unlocked the door and laid Pez on her bed.
"Good night princess sleep well" I whispered as I kissed her forehead. I turned to leave but a pale hand grabbed my wrist and a half asleep Perrie slurred "Stay here please?"
I nodded and got changed out of my dress in one of Perrie´s long shirts. she did the same and instantly fell asleep cuddled up to me.
"Good night. I love you" I whispered as I grabbed her waist tighter and fell asleep in her embrace with a smile.
