Tomorrow is the last day here at Aspen, it's going to be a week tomorrow. I'm going to miss this place, I have had so much fun. We went on the hot air balloon again, went golfing with the dads. I didn't know how to golf so I lost a lot until I learnt the sport.
"Jenny is in charge while we are out" James said.
"Yes!" Jenny said when James and the other parents left the room to go get ready. They are going out.
"My time has come, I'm going to be a dictator!!" Jenny shouted.
"I'm going to start a coup against you" I declared.
I didn't need to do that because Paige came in and said, "Elly's in charge"
"Why, besides I'm older?" Jenny whined.
"I know, but you've also always wanted to be a dictator?" Paige answered and left the room. I poked my tongue out at Jenny and sat down back to watch Brooklyn 99.
"My time would rise again" she said and sat down too.
We had finished watching an episode and starting another when the parents came down ready to go out.
"How do we look?" mum asked.
Wow, they all look so beautiful. I stood up and went to peck mum, "You all look so beautiful".
"Really?" Lizzy asked.
"Yes" Peter said smiling. They all look amazing, the dads were holding on to their dates.
Robert, Jake's dad was in all black, black shirt, black pants and black tie with his black shiny shoes. On his arms was his date, Paige, she too in a black gown with a scoop neck with tight sleeves that reach her elbow, the gown flows to the floor. She's carrying a small silver clutch and probably wearing silver shoes but I wouldn't know because I couldn't see her legs due to the length of the gown.
Mum is wearing a black flowing gown that trails behind her, the back of the gown shows most of her back. She's carrying a small clutch too. The gown is so pretty, I remember the day she bought that gown. Kevin, her date is wearing a white shirt with black bow tie and black tux with his black shoe.
Lizzy is wearing a silver sequins gown that covers her feet, the gown is shining under the light. Her back is completely open and she's pairing the gown with a black small purse and long earrings. James, just like Kevin is wearing a white shirt, black bow tie and black tux with his black shiny shoes.
Daniel is on all black, black shirt, black tie, black tux, black shoes and I'm sure black socks. With the way the men are dressed, one would think they planned it. Riley is putting on a black gown as well. The skirt of the gown is puffy unlike the others that theirs is straight down. It's a tube gown so she wore a silver necklace to pair with it and silver earrings. They all look classy and beautiful.
"So, what do you think?" Robert asked.
"Looking classy" Zoe answered. We all agreed.
"Where to?" Mike asked.
"There is a black tie art exhibition, sweetheart" Lizzy answered.
"Cool" I said.
"Alright now, the chauffeur is here" James said looking up from his phone. We escorted them outside and saw a black limo waiting.
"Really fancy" Nick said. We said bye to them and they left.
"So, lady in charge, what are we doing tonight?!" Jenny said smiling. They all looked at me.
"We should go to an expensive restaurant for dinner" I suggested.
"Nice not what I was expecting though" Jake said.
"Let me finish then" I said glaring at him.
"Oh, sorry" he said.
"We are going to a fancy restaurant and cause trouble!!" I shouted.
"Yes!" Jake said.
"Now we are talking" Lou said. Nick and Zoe high five each other.
"We should go change" Jason said.
"No, we are going as we are" I said smiling. I am currently wearing a black silky pajamas with fluffy slippers with googly eyes, same with Zoe who is wearing a red PJ and flip-flops . Not the same style though. Jenny is wearing a pajamas short with a big white t-shirt.
Mike is wearing a white shirt with black sweats. Lou is wearing a green shirt and a grey overall while Peter is wearing a black shirt and great sweats. Nick is wearing an orange top and jeans, same with Jason but a red top instead.
"Like this?" Jason asked.
"Yes" I said.
"I'm in" Nick said.
Happy is the only one we allowed to go change because she is small. She changed from her PJs to a black t-shirt and black jeans with a sandal.
"Let me call a cab since we are ready" Mike said.
"No, I would do it" I offered and he answered. I went to the phone and definitely did not call a cab.
We had not waited long before the 'cab' arrived. "Let's go!" I said. We took our credit cards and went outside.
"No way!" Nick shouted when we got outside.
"This is definitely not a cab" Mike said.
"I know, right?" I said smiling.
The chauffeur came out and opened the door to the limo for us. Yes, I got a limo instead. When we all got in, the chauffeur went to the front and started driving.
The inside of the limo was all black, the leather seats and the rug is black. At one side, there was a mini TV on top of a mini bar. Lou switched on the TV while I opened the bar and we all began drinking responsibly because of Happy.
When we got to the restaurant, we got down like classic people and went to meet the hostess even though we didn't have a reservation. The hostess would be older than Jason but not much older.
"Hello, how can I help you" she greeted looking us up and down but when he eyes got to Jason, she began eyeing him seductively. Jenny kept her arms around Jason instantly. I smiled, so did Mike.
"We have a reservation" I said.
"You?!" she said loudly still eyeing our attire. I nodded.
"Under what name?" the hostess asked still looking at Jason. Mike used that opportunity to look into her book and picked her name.
"Simpsons" Mike answered. The lady looked into her book and nodded.
"Here you are, please follow me" she said and we followed, everyone was looking at us weirdly as we made our way among the tables. She left after we had seated. Not long after, a waiter came to take our order and we ordered most of what they had.
Our water was brought, then the food. At first we had silently then I suddenly started singing, Mike joined me and before long, everyone on our table started singing, disturbing everyone. The hostess came to our table telling us people are complaining about the noise. We kept quiet.
We ordered another set and started chewing rather loudly, swallowing and then talking loudly, laughing and making lots of noise. The hostess came again to warn us. We apologized and kept quiet but not for long as we started talking again. I took my phone out and started playing music, we all stood up and danced to it.
"Can you please shut up and sit down!" one man from another table shouted.
"Hell no!!" I shouted back glaring at the man but still dancing. The man called the hostess to his table and before we knew it, security were coming our way.
We took our belongings and started running around the restaurant evading the security. We hit so many tables disturbing their foods. I ran to the man that shouted table and pulled his chair back causing him to fall. He stood up and started chasing me so I jumped on top of a table and started jumping to the next table. Nick joined me too and started jumping from one table to another.
We were definitely causing a mess but not compared to when someone tried throwing food at me but instead hit the chef that came out of the kitchen asking what the ruckus was all about. A food fight began but we made sure none of us was hit. We all went under a table and crawled ourselves back to our seat, finished our food because no one touched it, we paid and left the restaurant evading the mess on the floor. Everyone there were still throwing food at themselves.
Leaving the restaurant quietly, we made our way to the limo and the chauffeur drove off.
"I took a video and posted it" Peter said. We all watched the video and it was way funnier.
"Where to?" Happy asked bouncing on the chair.
I used the remote to the bring the divider separating the driver from us down, "Take us to a very good diner you know, please".
"Ok, ma'am" the chauffeur said and I returned the divider.
When we got to the diner, we all ate more still, fries, burgers, pizza, chicken even pies. We ate a lot. By the time we were done, we just kept talking and laughing but this time not disturbing anybody.
It's late already, Happy is sleeping on Peter's laps, so we decided to leave the diner and go home before the parents come back. The chauffeur dropped us home. It was a silent ride home because we didn't want to wake Happy up. I rested my head on Mike and he held me close till we got home. Peter carried Happy to her room and we all stayed in the lounge downstairs waiting for the parents to come back.
"I'm hungry" Lou said when we were watching Bones TV series.
"Me too" Peter said. It's midnight now and they still haven't come home. They must really be enjoying themselves. Mike ordered pizzas, Chinese and Thai food. We were playing video games after eating when Zoe came up with an idea.
"What is it?" Mike asked.
"We can dress like the parents did this evening and pretend to be very posh people with an accent" she said. We all agreed and ran to our parents room, looking through their wardrobe and finding what to wear, we changed. We were probably making noise because Happy woke up and entered the room saying she too wants to be part. She gown was too big but she wore it like that with her mum's pearls. She's the only one who wore a heels saying because she wants to look taller. Everything was too big on her but we all still went downstairs like that.
"I feel so classy" Jenny said in a fake accent. Jason poured wine for us in cups and passed it round.
"Pish posh, I feel classier" Zoe said. We all laughed in a sophisticated way.
"I am sophisticated" I said in a bad accent.
"Yes, my love" Mike said.
We were still in character, just walking about and saying things in bad accents that we didn't hear when the parents got home until we heard someone cough.
"We're home" Lizzy said when we turned to them.
"Welcome, fellow classy people" I greeted with a curtsy.
"What is going on?" Robert asked.
"We are sophisticated" Nick answered.
Riley carried Happy and they all went upstairs.
"This is what happens when Elly is in charge" I heard mum say as they went upstairs.
"It's better than Jenny's dictatorship" Robert said. They all laughed and went to their rooms. After acting all sophisticated, we all sat down still in the cloths and watched New Girl laughing classily.
