ARJUN'S POV
Sunday went in a jiffy and the routine of monday started with breakfast on the dining table of our mansion.
"You know this is my favorite time" Mom said
"Where's peanut butter"I asked and Aashi handed me the same.
"Nishant, I want to discuss about the cafeteria of new pro.." I was saying before which I actually got a hit on my head.
"Mom" I gritted
"Said you thousand times. Take your business out of my dining table" she scolded
"It's important" I said
"I don't care" she stated and I huffed having my breakfast silently.
She literally scolds me as if I'm a five year kid.
"Where's Nishi" I asked
"She's sleeping" Aashi told
"She has school right?" grand ma asked
"Yes daadi. But she had a bad dream last night. So,she couldn't sleep. Even I had to stay awake with her " Aashi told
"Arjun, what about the event? " Dad asked
"Want a best event manager. Our personal event manager married off shifting to London. Right now not available " I said
"Why to find someone. We've a family friend. Remeber Rathi uncle?" Mom asked
"Isn't this work topic now" I mocked
"Shut up. It's... About function" She said
"Just because you're mom, you're allowed. Ask us, the men" I mocked again and well recieved another slap at the back of my head.
"Okay fine. Rathi uncle, Raj Rathi's father? " I asked and she nodded
"Yes Raj's sister is an event manager. Crafting Dreams. You must have heard the name. And I've heard she has real good hand." Mom told
"Crafting Dreams. I've heard this name frequently" I said
"Great! Fix a meeting with her" She told and I nodded.
Whole day passed in meetings and my secretary informed me that the MD of Crafting Dreams wanted to fix meeting with me for further discussions and I found it right too because this was going to be biggest event and I didn't want even minute mistake.
After a day I came to know that the meeting was scheduled tomorrow at 3 pm.
I was at breakfast table when I saw Nishi looking at me.
"You didn't go to school today too huh" I asked
"Today's second saturday. It's off" She said with duh tone and I nodded
"Yes! And you're taking her with you since we all are not at home today" Chachu said
"Me. No! I'm not at office today" I told
"Come on. She's such a sweet heart
She'll not disturb you" Nishant said and Nishi grinned.
"I said no. So many of you are here. Anyone can take her" I cleared
"Arjun, we've a function to attend which you denied again, to go" Mom taunted
"So take her too with you" I reasoned
"She has art classes in evening. We'll be back till night now" Dad said and I sighed.
"Fine! I will! You've bathed? " I asked
"Chachu! I'm ready" She smirked
"Clever kid" I muttered and she giggled
Aashi smiled at me mumbling a thankyou and I nodded.
After breakfast and getting ready, I left for office with Nishi and went to my cabin.
"You'll take me with you to hotel right. If not, I'll not talk to you" She threatened
"Nishi, yes baby I'll " I told still looking into the file.
"Arjun chachu.." she spoke and I hummed
"Why don't you get married " she asked now and I looked at her.
"Tell daadi, this won't work" I replied and she grinned.
"I told her that already. I even bet that you'll answer this. She lost the bet " she said chuckling and I sighed at my family zoo.
After a while I took Nishi and left for the Crafting Dreams office.
As I reached there, I saw it was a beautiful house actually which was transformed into a work place.
And the interiors, they were eye catching.
"Wow. This looks beautiful" Nishi mumbled
"Is that really a work place" I muttered as I saw the place. It looked more like a park.
But as we went inside, the interiors changed with a good hint of the profession.
"Surely from a business family" I mumbled to myself.
"Arj...oh my God. Arjun Singhania. How may I help you sir" The receptionist asked excited
"Appointment on the name of Arjun Singhania" I told and she entered the details.
"I'm sorry Sir. You've to wait for a but. Ma'am is on her way. You're a bit early" she smiled at me while I looked at my watch.
"Your Ma'am is a bit late" I said and she smiled nervously.
Looking around, I saw Nishi already on the unicorn swing.
"I love this place" She grinned and I raised my brow.
"Strategies to attract public. It's purely business" I muttered
"It's the base of my work to attract public " a voice came and I turned myself.
"Who are you" I asked and she looked at me a bit shocked.
"Naina Rathi. Owner of the business to attract public" she mocked with a sweet smile and I looked at her.
Oh... She's her!!
Yes Arjun, it's her!
"Good after noon ma'am" The receptionist wished taking her bag from her while she smiled at her wishing her back.
"They've appointment ?" she asked her
"Yes ma'am. Am, SGH? " the receptionist told
Wait a second. Why is she acting like she doesn't know me!
Come on, half the freaking world knows me! And she must know who I am because of everyone.
"Oh okay!" She nodded
" Shall I send them in?" the receptionist asked while she nodded looking at Nishi and then went inside.
She's....Sharp !!
That's it Arjun ? Just sharp!!
One more thing....I'm sure she's annoying!!
Another thing! I last saw her when... She was 13 I guess.
Our families used to spend sundays every often at each others home.
And as we were small, we all used to go to their house and they used to come to ours.
Though she almost used to be with mom & her mom. That's why I said, why she's behaving as if she doesn't know me!
Yeah, that's it!

"She's beautiful" Nishi mumbled and I asked her to keep quiet.
Learn from Nishi! She said what you couldn't accept!

"Hey, munchkin! " Ms. Rathi wished and Nishi smiled at her.
Isn't Nishi betraying whole family! She doesn't smile at strangers!!
"Hello" She replied
"Okay Mr. Singhania. My team has some ideas but I'll need to work on them more when I'll get to know the details. Like, you've to tell your team to tell me about a lot of things. All I know is very few things including date and venue" She said
"Mrs. Jain" I said gesturing Mrs. Jain and she nodded opening the Mac book and started telling the details.
I looked at Ms. Rathi who was listening to her very keenly and patiently.
Where as her secretary was writing some details in her laptop.
The meeting lasted for 3 hours and I was really impressed by the rough ideas she was giving.
She's.... Creative!
In between she even kept talking to Nishi that didn't make her bore.
"So, chocolates? " She asked Nishi smiling.
Her smile is...
Drop it Arjun !!
"Mr. Singhania , It will take me some 10 days to get you a final outline of the event. My team will start working on it since today. The minute details will be taken care of. I can assure, this is going to be best." She stated
"Okay, cool" I replied as I opened the cap of the water bottle and was drinking some water when she spoke.
" How old is your daughter?" she asked and all the water inside my mouth came out.
"Shitt!" She muttered while I looked at her shocked.
"She isn't my daughter" I stated before she could even speak anything and Nishi giggled.
"He's my chachu" She told and the Ms. Rathi looked down.
"Oh,I'm sorry! I thought..ugh! never mind. Her age?" She asked
"Six" I replied while she nodded.
"We'll meet tomorrow? " Nishi asked and she chuckled.
"You can come to my office anytime you want" She told Nishi smiling.
"You're cute" Nishi told her when she chuckled.
"Not more then you sweet heart" She replied
"I'll clear the cheque" I said
"No Mr. Singhania. My appointment fee has already been paid. Other then that everything once the work starts" She told and I looked at her then nodded.
It was already 7 so I dropped Nishi home and drove myself to office back.
Opening my mac book, I reviewed when I got call on the landline.
"Where the hell is your phone! I've been calling" My best friend Avinash snapped over call.
"It's he...Where's my phone" I muttered
"Your Ananya is disturbing me" He gritted
"I'll call later" I said and cut the call.
Shit!!!
I stood up from the chair and headed outside.
"Sir, you need something" Mrs. Jain asked
"I forgot my phone at her office" I said and went outside and drove to the Crafting dreams but to my very good luck, it was closed.
Damn! It's 9:10 !!
Thank fully we exchanged numbers for event work which would come handy right now
"Hello, Ms.Rathi" I spoke
"Yes!Who's this" her voice came
"Arjun Singhania " I said
"Um,yes?" She asked
"I've forgot my phone in your office !Come & open it so that I can take that back"I said
"What is this way of saying Mr.Singhania" she retorted
"Ms. Rathi, I really don't have time for this! Just get me my damn phone"I stated
"I threw it away" she said
"You what!" I yelled
"Ugh! It was a joke" She replied and I clenched my fists.
"Ha ha ha!Okay! I laughed at the world's most silliest joke! Now my phone" I snapped again
"How someone tolerate you" a voice came from behind me.
How is she here!
"My phone" I said pointing the the gates!
"Here" She replied handing me my phone.
"Wait! Why do you have my phone" I asked
"Ugh! Mr. Singhania! My family knows you! I was going to take it home with me so mom could call your mom and tell you to pick it from my home" She gritted
Why does she call me Mr. Singhania!
"Oh" I mumbled
"That's it! Oh! No thankyou and sorry for this behaviour " She asked
"Thanks" I said and turned to go to my car when she spoke.
"Your girl friend Ananya has called many times!She says, we can sort the marriage fiasco out" She said and I turned back looking at her.
"Excuse me! Did you..You checked my personal messages" I angrily spoke
"It's not my mistake that your mobile data was on and it beeped every next second." She shrugged when I huffed and opened my car's door.
"By the way, your girl friend is hot "she commented and I looked at her.
"She is not my girlfriend. She's...why do you want to know whatever she's to me" I snapped
"Lier! She was asking to have se...shit! I mean.." she blabbered when I looked at her and smirked
"She was asking to have..." I smirked
"Ugh! Nothing! " she mumbled with a disgusted face and was sitting on her driver seat when I spoke this time.
"Ms. Rathi, She isn't my girlfriend! She's my fiancee " I told and she peeped out of the glass shield.
Kid!! Totally a kid!
"I didn't ask" she mocked
"Oh since you were a curious cat to peep inside my personal messages, I thought to let you know." I mocked back
"And, No! I didn't have sex with her of course" I bluntly said and she looked at me with a shocked face but then looked in front.
"Whatever! Bye" She huffed and starting her engine, she drove off.
