The realtor questioned.
Von found his eyes looking down at Normani as she chewed at the inside of her cheek a bit. She glanced around the huge vacant living room that they were currently standing in.
It had been a few days since all the drama between Kentrell and Kema went down. Kentrell was dead... and so was Kema. And with them both finally being out of the way, Von truly felt like he could just move on with his life along side Normani. There was absolutely nothing that could get inbetween them now, or cause Mani any harm.
And that's all Von ever wanted. He just wanted to live a peaceful life with his future wife and kids. Plus, he made a promise to Mani that after Kema was dead, there would be no more shootings/killings. No more spinning about anybody. She didn't want him sneaking off at night to go do a drill or anything of that nature.
All of that was just too risky and dangerous to still be participating in with a baby now being involved. So if Von had to clean up his act and turn a new leaf, then he was more then willing to do so for the sake of his family.
Right now, they were currently touring their 3rd house of the day. Moving in together is something that was definitely on top of their list of things Von and Mani needed to do before the baby got here.
"Whatchu think Mani?"
Von said as he watched her. She seemed so excited as she just looked around the huge house one more time while smiling. He didn't really care for house hunting. He just wanted whatever she wanted. And if this house made her happy, then he was happy too.
"Literally the backyard is insanely huge."
She began.
"Like just imagine us having a huge cookout with all of our family members coming over. The kids running around-"
She began walking through the house. Both Von and the realtor followed right behind her as she glanced through every room.
"I can make this room a family room, and then the room downstairs could be a game room that we could utilize-"
She went on. Von just chuckled at all the ideas she was spewing out. It seemed like the closer and closer it got for them to finally start their life together, the more excited Normani became.
"Oouu and I also know this really good interior designer back in LA that I could hire for us to decorate the house. Ugh... I can't wait!"
She gushed.
"Soo... is that a yes? Is this the house that you guys would like to sign off on?"
The realtor questioned once more. Normani turned around, her eyes meeting with Von's for approval.
"Von? What do you think? Do you like it? Because if you don't we could always-"
"That's all you lil folks."
He chuckled.
"If you like it Mani, then I love it. Plus, I got my basketball court out back and that's all I really cared about."
He shrugged. Normani playfully rolled her eyes.
"Boy, be serious. I want us to both be happy with what we pick together. Because we're essentially going to be living here for a long time, raising our kids here too."
She just walked up to him as he gently grabbed her face with his hands.He squeezed her cheeks lightly, leaning down and pecking her on the lips.
"Long as you happy wit it then I'm happy. And that goes fa everything."
He insisted before pulling away.
"You piss me off."
She joked. She just turned back around to face the realtor.
"Well, we really love this house a lot so.... we'll take it!"
Normani stated. The realtor just smiled as she shook hands with both Normani and Von.
"Perfect! I will email you guys the paperwork to sign off, and you will get the keys to the house next week! Congratulations!"
Normani couldn't help but jump up and down excitedly before turning to face Von again.
"I know you is not shakin my son up in there like that, ma."
He pointed at her stomach. She just wrapped her arms around him, pulling him into an embrace.
"This is insane! Like we are really about to be home owners!"
She gushed. He couldn't help but smile at her excitement as he put his arms around her to. This was something he truly never imagined for himself ever in his life. It made his heart feel warm as they squeezed each other before pulling away.
"I'm just happy that your happy. Now we don't have to keep taking turns spending the night at each others place."
He chuckled.
"And nowwww I get to finally decorate a room for the babyyyyy."
Normani playfully sang. Von just grabbed her hand as they both headed towards the exit.
"Yeah. My son's favorite color is gon be blue so Ima need you to get onnat asap."
He teased.
"You are still stuck on this son business. I truly hope you don't get your heart broken when we find out that it's a girl."
She pointed. Von just sucked his teeth. They made their way towards his car, him opening the door for Mani before helping her in.
"You the one that's gon be sick when you find out we havin twins-"
"Boy do not wish that upon me!"
She just gasped. Von couldn't help but laugh as Normani made a face.
"You'on wanna have twins wit me? I mean, by doing that you basically knocking two bugs wit one stone, or whatever the phrase is."
He said nonchalantly. She just frowned as he closed the door before making his way towards the drivers side.
"Two bugs? Isn't it two birds with one stone?"
She muttered to herself with confusion. Von just hopped into the car before starting up the engine.
"Uhh, I'm pretty sure the phrase is knocking two birds with one stone.... not two bugs, Von."
She corrected him.
"Ain't that what I just said?"
He questioned. She just laughed.
"No Von. That's not what you said."
He just waved his hands.
"Aye look. Ion really care. I just can't wait fa us to move in, have this baby and make sum more."
He grinned.
"Ooof. You might have to give me two years before I have another baby-"
"Two years?!"
He repeated. She just nodded her head. She placed her hands onto her tummy, rubbing on her baby bump softly in a circulation motion. Her back was hurting from all the standing that they had been doing today. She felt like her baby bump was weighing her down. She just leaned back in her seat before closing her eyes.
"Mani don't play wit me. I want 10 kids from you."
He stated.
"Yeahh keep thinking that."
She snickered. She just rested her head against the headrest as the car ride was making her sleepy. Von glanced over at her, noticing how tired she seemed. He just reached over with his free hand, gently grabbing onto hers.
"You tired beautiful?"
He cooed. She just hummed a bit. He pulled her hand towards his lips before planting a small kiss against her skin.
"You know, you really don't have to come to tha album release party tonight. I feel like it might be too much fa you."
He began. Normani just frowned before opening her eyes.
"How could I miss your album release party? This is a big deal for you. Im definitely going."
She insisted.
"Ion know Mani. It's gon be a little wild tonight. Plus I know yo lil feet hurtin from all the standing we was doin today. You sure you up fa a whole party?"
He questioned. Normani just paused for a second. The thought of spending the rest of her night in the middle of the club while pregnant did sound like a lot to her. And Von was right, her feet were definitely hurting, probably even swollen from walking up and down for hours today.
"Yeah but... I wanna be there to support you."
She pouted. He just glanced at her, still keeping her hand linked with his.
"I know you do. I'm just lettin you know you'on gotta feel pressure into coming out tonight. I promise you it's fine."
He reassured her. And it was true. He didn't want Normani to overwork herself. Von was always making sure that she was comfortable and well rested at all times. He refused to have any type of complications with the baby at all. As long as Normani was good, then the baby was good. And if the baby was good, Von was happy.
"You always so worried about me."
She said while blushing a bit. He just grinned.
"You my wife. You come first and ion care about nun else."
He stated. She just playfully rolled her eyes.
"Ok. Well, I'll think about it then. Because honestly, standing around at a party does sound like a lot."
She admitted. He just kissed her hand again as they continued to drive down the freeway.
"Oouuu... Can we stop off at chic fil a? I think your son wants a spicey chicken sandwhich deluxe... with sweet tea... and a brownie..."
Normani asked while smirking. Von just cut his eyes towards her as she grinned.
"Oh, so now it's my son huh?"
He snickered. She just laughed.
"Yeahhh. Dayvon Jr. He's real hungry. I don't know what to tell you."
She just joked. Von playfully rolled his eyes, turning his car down the street towards the direction of chic fil a.
It didn't take them long to finally make it back home at Von's place. They spent the rest of the afternoon lounging around, just relaxing before tonight. The more Normani thought about it, the more she was slowly deciding to just stay in like Von suggested.
She found herself cuddled up in his arms, with her head laying on his chest in bed. He made sure that she ate, took her prenatal vitamins, and he even gave her a full body massage to help with her body aches. Normani just truly felt like she was on cloud 9.
"What time is it lil folks?"
She could hear Von's voice through his chest. She just picked up her phone that laid next to her before glancing at the time.
"It's almost 8."
She mumbled. She could feel his hand rubbing against her arm softly.
"Aiight. Ima have ta start getting ready."
He began. She just frowned, lifting her head up before looking at him.
"Are you sure? You don't wanna just stay with me?"
She pouted. She watched as his lips pulled into a smirk. He was just so handsome to her, it always seemed to shock her with how fine Von always looked. She just reached over, moving a few of his locs out of his face before leaning in to kiss him.
She placed her lips right onto his as they slowly kissed each other. She let her tongue rub against his bottom lip before pulling away slightly.

He slickly questioned while raising his eyebrows a bit. His brown eyes grew lustful as they gazed right into hers.
"Well, you're the one that has a party to go to."
She teased before attempting to move away from him. He just gripped onto her arm, pulling her back towards him, kissing her again. She just giggled.

She said in between kisses.

She teased. He wasn't sure why it always turned him on whenever she spoke so aggressive towards him. It definitely had to be her horomones. Either way, he just loved it.

"But listen, I ain't want you ta be alone tonight. I hit up Durk ta see if India could slide through and keep you company."
He began.
"And I also have a few security guards parked right outside my spot, just ta keep an eye on yo ass while I'm gone."

Normani waved him off.

He muttered. He just looked down at her as she eye'd him a bit.
"You look handsome. I'm so proud of you and all your hard work with your album. I will be bumping it once it drops tonight."
She said while smiling. He just wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into a bear hug.

She said while burying her head into his chest. They just embraced each other for a few seconds before pulling away once again.
"I'a be back okay?"
He pointed. She nodded her head, watching as he gave her a wink before leaving. He made sure she locked the door, hearing it click before he strolled his way down the hall toward the elevator. He could feel his phone buzzing in his jeans as he pulled it out. It was Durk calling him once again.
"Aye Von, the hell is you at? The club already turnt waitin on yo ass."
Durk spoke through the phone. All Von could hear was music playing in the background.
"I was busy wit Mani. You know Ion like leavin ha by ha self."
He explained. He just stepped onto the elevator before it took him down to the very first floor.
"India should be over any minute now. She texted me that she was on her way to yo place, so Mani should be good."
Durk insisted. Von just nodded his head. The elevator doors slid open as he made his way through the lobby, and out towards the parking lot. There was already a Bentley truck waiting for him outside. He just hopped in before his driver sped off onto the road.
It didn't take long for him to finally arrive at the club. The Bentley truck just pulled up right outside, just as he caught glimpse of all the fans waiting for his arrival. He just grinned, amazed by all the people that popped out tonight just for him.
Security opened up the car door,
letting him out as everyone began to scream his name. He smiled, flashing his grill as people went crazy. Some fans were asking for photos with him, which Von did take the time to do.
He had security covering his front and back as they escorted him right inside once he was done. Lights were flashing everywhere as the music from his new album was playing. There were signs being held by the bottle girls with King Von's name on it. People were just screaming and calling Von's name as he walked through.
He could suddenly feel a hand rubbing down his arm just as he walked by. He frowned, looking up to see who exactly touched him. To his surprise, his eyes just landed on a familiar dark skin female.
"Hey stranger, long time no see."
Asian said while smirking.
