A soft rain poured outside the chilly weather making the rain all the more infuriating but the blonde wasn't too bothered by the droplets that fell from the dim-lit sky he found it soothing if anything he was with his friends all getting ready for the bar. It had been a while since Kaminari had hit the bar with his friends but his life did become a tad bit busy during that time. He held his head down as he focused on the red hair in front of him braiding each section.
"You guys were killer yesterday," Kirishima exclaimed beaming a bright smile on his lips.
"Thanks! We had loads of fun." Judging by his voice you could tell the blonde had smiled at the small comment.
"Are you excited for today?" Sero used a questioning tone throwing a red ball up and catching it quickly with the opposing hand.
The words rang through the blonde after a few seconds his head lifted.
"Oh! Yeah! I haven't seen Emi in a good second so it'll be nice to see her." Denki grinned.
"You saw her Friday dunce." Bakugo expressed his disgust.
"That was two days ago!" Denki groaned. "Aww, that's adorable." Sero teased.
"Shut up Hanta! You can't sleep unless your on FaceTime with Ash!" Denki blushed.
"How do you know that!" Sero said his face blaring red.
A moment of silence fell in the room as a knowing grin formed on the blonde's face no words evading his lips. His eyes danced mischievously in the light from above.
"BHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA THAT'S SO LAME WHAT THE CRAP." Bakugo's laughs interrupted the quietness that was once in the room.
Sero blinked at the ashy blonde who swore he'd die from laughter. "Shut the fuckkkkkkkk upppppp." He held his head up in a groan.
His words however were then followed by insults, insults the ashy blonde cursed through his teeth his angry nature proving to be the most reactive part of him.
Tapping was heard from the red-haired adult sitting on a chair his feet repeatedly moving back and forth against the wooded ground. Kaminari was sectioning off his friend's hair taking his time as he braided each strand. The two listened to Sero and Bakugo argue both sharing silent chuckles before Kirishima sighed. "Bakugo! Leave Sero alone! Or I'll embarrass you." His words rang a bell through the tempered blonde followed by a quick scoff.
"That's not very 'manly'" Bakugo huffed in retaliation which surprised the red-haired man but he chuckled.
"Anyway! How'd you learn how to braid Denks?" Kirishima looked up at the blonde who was trying a part of hair.
"Some girls in primary taught me and it kind of just stuck? It's hella helpful, especially with the ladies~" Kaminari chimed.
Kirishima hummed in amusement. "Broooo you should teach me!" Sero practically begged.
Kaminadi thought it over for a good few seconds before speaking. "Hell no! Find your own ways to pick up chicks I can't help you." His teasing tone almost surprised the raven-haired man.
"So I can braid my girlfriend's hair you dimbus!"
Sero scolded snickering lightly at the blonde who shook his head stubbornly.
"Oh right! I forgot you had one of those! Get her to teach you."
He proposed Kaminari wasn't the best teacher either so it'd probably be more beneficial for Sero to learn from his girlfriend rather than his idiot friend who almost fried his hair off just that week because he straightened his hair incorrectly.
Sero huffed in defeat. "Y'know what I will." was all he managed to say he them turned to Kirishima who was looking at himself in the mirror playing with his set of braids.
"I look so awesome."
Kirishima had honestly never been happier with his hair and he even mocked Kaminari by putting finger guns up. Denny chuckled upon seeing him and smiled just then his phone dinged from across the room. "Denki your phone!" See grunted picking it up from the mattress he was been laying in.
"Someone texted you!" Sero grinned upon seeing Kaneko's name.
"Who is it?"
Denki tilted his head as he stared at the man who held his phone between his pale fingers. "Kaneko and Kyoka." Sero replied. Kaminari shrugged his shoulders looking down at the braids he had just finished on Kirishima's hair adjusting one of them.
"What did Emi say?"
Kaminari blurred his fingers tapping the red haired man's head. He looked up at Sero waiting for an answer. "She wants to know when your picking her up." His reply was calm a small smile peering on his lips but that was all.
"Eh tell her in a bit! What'd Ky say?" Denki asked curiously before getting a confused glare from Bakugo.
"Since when did you talk to Kyoka? What the Fuck did I miss?? I mean y'all yesterday I thought you were forced to be there but you text her too??" Bakugo said in disgust.
"Yes we're adults? We are supposed to be mature and let go of the past?"
Kaminari blinked. The ashy blonde gave him a horrid look and his mouth was gaping just a bit open. "She asked when you wanted to go get things for your trip." Sero read aloud to everyone in the room.
"Let go of the past my ass man I hold grudges and I'm not afraid to let someone fall off a cliff because 20 years ago they kept treating me like I needed help."
Bakugou scowled his eyebrows furrowed. "Woah! Seems targeted!" Sero huffed.
"Bakugo do you need to talk about something?" Kirishima spoke softly his voice thick with concern.
Bakugo glared at Kirishima. "No?" He huffed.
"Speaking about Jiro, Since your soooo mature and you've been spending so much time with her why don't ya introduce her to all of us" Bakugo crossed his arms a pout on his lips.
"Is someone jealous that i've been going out with another friend?" Kaminari's teased before ducking as he had nearly been hit with a plastic water bottle.
"Watch it ya dickhead!" Katsuki glared.
"Um Kam?" Sero called waiting for an answer.
"Tell her Tuesday we can go I've got plans with Kaneko on Monday, Wednesday and Friday besides we don't leave til Saturday." Kaminari said aloud.
"Got it."
Sero uttered typing on the blondes phone. "I should probably get my own hair done before leaving." Kaminari huffed standing up from his chair grabbing a brush and making his way to the mirror.
"Right can't see your girlfriend who's not your girlfriend see you looking like that." Sero chuckled light heartedly.
"Exactly!"

Denki gave a quick smile as he ran a brush through his thick hair watching as it puffed up his hair wasn't exactly straight it wasn't curly either except it kind of was judging by how it fluffed up when you brushed it. Either way he looked good.
"You planning on making some moves today or what?" Kirishima beamed a bright smile finding its way on his thin lips.
"Depends on how she's feeling! I don't want her to feel rushed I also don't know if I'm ready Y'know?" Denki made clear of as he sprayed on cologne.
"Yes make sure to move at your own pace."
Kirishima advised the happy smile on his face putting almost everyone in the room in a good mood.
Everyone except Bakugo who was slumped over on his phone biting his lip furiously. No one seemed to notice him slugging in the corner well not that they didn't see him they just thought it'd be best to not ask what had him so angry this time. However the irritated look on his face was hard to ignore though Bakugo was always angry he usually wasn't this quiet about it.
"Yooooo, you good man?" Kaminari asked after taking a deep breath.
Bakugo gave him a glare as if to say 'fuck off dimwit' but The idiot blonde ignored it scooting over to his friend putting an arm around his shoulder. "Chill outttt man we're all here for you." He smiled irking something in Bakugo's soul.
The look plastered on the man's face now was one of murder one of malicious intent one that screamed 'I will gut you alive if you do not get the fuck away from me.'
However Kaminari wasn't exactly the best at reading the room or any social cues at that he was a walking disaster waiting to run into the wrong person unfortunately for him Bakugo was the wrong person. "Denki you are asking to be killed in the most brutal horrific way possible." Sero commented trying to help his friend from certain disaster, but it didn't seem to work cuz Denki just tilted his head in confusion.
Kirishima sighed and scooted over to the two the braids in his hair swinging lightly. "What Bakugo is saying is he'd rather not talk about it body language dude!" The toothy redhead said placing a hand on his shoulder.
Denki shook his head and looked up at the young man with a look that could only be described as 'oh' before he quickly and quietly scooted away from the ticking time bomb known as Katsuki Bakugo. "Anyway how about me and him get in the car and you and Sero can go get Mina and your little boo thang." Kirishima said chuckling like a dad to which the look on Seros face reacted in horror.
"Please never say that again."
He said aloud followed by a nod from Denki.
"Right that idiot doesn't have a car does he?" Bakugo uttered pointing at the raven-haired man sitting at the edge of Kaminari's bed.
"My bad! It's not my fault I don't have much cash!"
He waved his hands in defense as if Bakugo ws attacking him. Which one could argue that he was based off the look he was recovering from the ash blonde.
"Cuz you spend it all on bud you dumbass!" Katsuki yelled.
Sero crossed his arms and look to the side. "Whattttt? Noooo! I would never I totally don't smoke!"
He denied sarcastically before Kaminari started to chuckle gaining a glare from Bakugo. "You can't laugh either! you goddamn idiots."
"Hey atleast I don't smell like weed." Sero huffed puffing his chest proudly.
Bakugo kind of gave them a blank stare and huffed. "Yes, but your always fuckin high." He stated which was arguably true Sero wasn't one to smoke all the time but he was often a little buzzed from either an edible or a pen, this however wasn't the worse case scenario as plenty of other people are nonfunctional beings when they are high.
"Well to be fair it is a bit fun." Denki chuckled.
"Right he's just hating."
Sero agreed nodding his head as if Denki had just made a great statement.
"Anyway! We gotta get going me and Kat are gonna go y'all can go ahead and pick up your girlfriends." Kirishima replied getting up. The two walked off leaving Sero and Kami in the room both trying to take to laugh at the conversation they had just had with Bakugo.
"Welp let's get going."
Denki huffed leaning to tie his shoes his fingers wrapping around the strings. "Yep I'll see ya in the car." Sero said swirling Kami's car keys around his finger. "Okay man but I'm right behind ya." He chuckled.
The two were now in the car driving to kaneko's house Kaminari's hands on the wheel and Sero in the passenger seat. "You think Fumi is working tonight?" Sero asked leaning his head back. "I didn't see him yesterday with Kyo so I think so." Kami mumbled as he steered. "I sure as hell hope so he can get discounts for us! And we haven't seen him awhile." Sero puffed.
"Well to be fair he's usually always at home with his bird or working, I wonder how much bartenders make." Denki asked aloud as if Sero would know the answer.
"I don't know man but if he's a bartender tonight we're gonna sit at the actual bar but I hope he's a bar server bc I wanna sit at the boothhhh." Sero stated as he tapped his feet on the ground.
"I'm fine either way I don't think the girls would mind." His fingers traced along the bumps on the wheel checking the rear view mirror to see his own reflection.
"Oh did I tell you? Mina actually got her friend to ask out the guy from that diner! The one I was telling you about the other day." Sero brought up randomly.
"Actually? Bro did it work?" Denki asked kind of intrigued. "Yes, surprisingly they have a date this upcoming Friday." Sero replied.
"She might be Cupid."
Denki joked give Sero a wide eyed look. "Or she's just crazy which is probably the case she probably blackmailed him into it I wouldn't be surprised."
"Give her the benefit of the doubt atleast! She might just have a good eye when it comes to couples!" Denki smiled supportively.
'Boy would you like to know' Sero shook his head in disagreement but kept his mouth shut. "Mina sure is something huh?" Kaminari chuckled after acknowledging the look on the boys face.
"Sure is!"
He exclaimed enthusiastically. "She's a demon if you give her enough of a chance" Sero proclaimed looking a bit spooked.
"I don't doubt it" Kaminari huffed his hands still steady on the wheel as he pulled into kaneko's drive way sending her a quick text to let her know they were there. it took a few minutes for her to get out but she did so within a good timeframe she was wearing a short purple dress with straps that had bows at the end, her hair falling down to her chest and gold dainty jewlery dangling from her neck and ears.
The door soon opened and a happy hi was heard. "What's good?" Sero asked turning to the girl who scooted to a window seat in the back of the convertible. "Nothing much thanks for picking me up Kam" She smiled bashfully. "it's no issue now it's time to go get Mina who's probably taking her sweet, sweet time getting ready" Kaminari joked, Sero snickering along knowing he's not far from the truth Mina did like to take her time when it came to getting ready.
The car was now mostly silent not a peep being shared amongst the three. The silence didn't last long however as kaneko soon ended up giggling at something on her phone. "Whatcha giggling at?" Kaminari asked his eyes almost threated to pierce her through the rear-view mirror the look of seriousness on his face being so strangely attractive to her.
"Oh, just this video some people took of you and Jiro yesterday! it's funny they got you at a funny looking angle!" She laughed her eyes looking soft as she flipped the phone over not that Kaminari could see but Sero sure did get a chuckle out of it.
"You look so silly!" Sero snickered looking at the blonde. "i've probably already seen it and hey i may be hot but not all my angles are!" He protested.
Kaneko kept quite snickering her hand covering her mouth. "Hey it's not all so bad at least you still look cute!" She said in a soft voice one that could only melt the man it was intended for. Kaminari blushes and smiled. "Thank you and you look stunning by the way."
He grinned looking like a happy puppy you could practically see his imaginary tail wagging. "Hey Sero could you call Mina? let her know we're pulling up!" Kaminari smiled.
"Sure thing"
Sero smiled taking this chance to call his girlfriend, "Hey babe! we're just about here ya ready?" he asked his smile gleaming from ear to ear. 'You know i am' was all that was heard before the call ended Sero watched as the door to her house opened Mina walking out with a red dress on her hair fluffed up in her afro and a big smile on her lips. She opened the back door and got in. "Kaneko, right? nice meeting ya." Mina smiled.
And just like that the group was off arriving at the bar pretty quickly. "It's been awhile since i've been to a bar." Kaminari said sarcastically. "Hahahah, very funny." Emi rolled her eyes her purple hair blowing in the wind.
The group met up with Kirishima and Bakugo inside and luckily the both was all theirs. It was a bit awkward at first to say the least but Kaneako fit in just right with his group of friends and everything seemed to be going great. Everyone except Kirishima was drinking and this was an arrangement he didn't mind.
As time passed Mina seemed to learn more and more about this girl Kaneko using this evidence to her advantage. At the same time however she was managing to get her other friend Tsuyu a date with Tokoyami who was one of Sero's friends and their current server at the bar.
Everything was going well..
The whole night seems to have gone by just like that and Kaneko and Kaminari were both in his car alone, as Mina and Sero hitched a ride with Kirishima and Bakugo. Kaminari drunk a bit but he made sure it wasn't enough to impair his driving thanks to his past habits he'd built up quite a tolerance. "I enjoyed tonight." She smiled her soft voice bringing radiance to the air.
"Me too." Kamianri smiled glad she had gotten along with his friends.
"And thanks for the drinks that was nice too i learn more and more about you each time we see one another." Her smile was beautiful definitely eye catching at least to Denki.
February was such a lovely month and it sure was the right time for him to meet Emi after all despite his love for the month of april. Emi and February just seemed to go hand to hand it was the month of love he couldn't help but take this fact as a sign, a sign of love a sign that maybe Emi could be the one.
"Can I ask you Something?" Emi's voice interrupted his thoughts. He stopped at a traffic light taking this opportunity to glance at her. His golden orbs staring into her deep purple eyes. "Yeah, Anything." He breathed. However his hands seemed to sweat as a silence fell upon the girl.
"What do you think of me?" Emi asked.
A silence fell yet again as the car moved Kaminari thought hard about this question still trying to figure out what she meant by it.
"Actually don't worry about it it's such an odd question to be asking and-" She mumbled being cut off pretty quickly.
"I think you're interesting and would like to see more of you if i'm being honest." He smiled a blush slightly coating his cheeks leaving the girl silent in her seat.
The car however kept going getting closer and closer to her house she soon came to realize this and decided she should speak now or forever hold her peace...
"I would like that.." She stammered the noise and smile on her cheeks growing bigger.
"I think you're interesting too." She finished looking up to meet his gaze as they were parked on her street.
Kaminari didn't say anything the sexual tension in the car beginning to rise as Kaminari thought about making his move.
He glided his hand to her cheek both their eyes locked in a trance. "Is that so?" He smirked. Maybe this could be considered teasing and in a way it was definitely suggestive but nothing could have prepared him for what happened next.
Kaneko unbuckled her seatbelt carefully moving herself to face him her hands on either side of his face pulling him close. Before he could react a Kiss was planted onto his lips. One that he returned to his surprise.
Kamianari didnt know of it was the Alcohol or if it was the way this felt some what familiar or even the fact that the girl he was kissing somehow resembles Jiro but he didn't stop not even after the girl had crawled into his lap.
instead his hands guided up to her waist pulling her close as the innocent kiss had suddenly started to turn into a make-out. Kaneko traced her hands along his chest and then around his neck as he held her close.
'Ah what am I doing?' Kaminari thought to himself a slight panic eating away at him as the two kissed. However having someone this close felt sort of right to him in a way and he couldn't bring himself to pull back.
The two stayed in the car like this for what felt like an hour but was really just 5 minutes both of them completely red faced after the fact and Kaminari waited until she got inside before he drove off.
For what seemed like the entire ride home Kaminari couldn't help but scold himself as he didn't even know if he was ready it's not like him and Kaneko were dating but he didn't want to give her any sense of false hope. 'This is the worst!' He thought to himself.
Eventually the night came to an end and his life had to continue. Somehow...

[I feel like this defo had a rushed ending but here ya go yet another chapter! it breaks my heart that they had to kiss but who am i to ruin the chapter(im totally not the author) however i assure you that it'll get better and i can't wait for things to advance cuz ohhhh do i have some tricks up my sleeve! anywho thank you for reading i hope you guys enjoyed and i'll work on the next chapter for now!]
