Lylas' POV:
"If it isn't Ms.Trouble." Natalys annoying voice rung in my ears making me roll my eyes.
Before Nataly came about I was walking down the empty hall going to my spot behind the school to skip first period. Why? you might ask, because I have first period with the snarky bitch and she was in my seat. I was going to beat the shit out of her but decided it's been a minute since I've skipped. If I'm being honest I truly wasn't in the mood for her and her stupidity.
"And if it isn't Ms.Flaming." Folding my arms over my chest with a smirk I spoke. She looked angry at just one comment making me want to laugh.
"I hear you're no longer the most relevant person anymore." She smirks and I rolled my eyes.
"And you've sadly never even been relevant." I shrugged and saw she was glaring at me. Wanting to die of laughter wasn't even the best of it all.
"How dare you?! I'm glad my brother used you as a fuck and left you like yesterdays trash." As a giggle slipped past my lips my hand retrieved my phone from my pocket.
"This brother?" Tauntingly I questioned with a raised brow showing her all of the missed calls and texts of him asking me to go on another date and marry him. I blocked him but he kept on getting new numbers or sending me emails just not giving up.
"What?!" She shouted trying to grab my phone but I pulled it back locking it and putting it in the pocket of my skirt.
"Yeah, tell him to stop bothering me and to focus on his soon to be wife."
"I'm going to fucking ruin you Lyla."
"I've been waiting from day one NatRat, but sadly nothings happened yet now has it? Except for those stupid videos you keep trying to make stick." I shrugged with a smirk making her groan before she tackled me to the ground.
"I'm going to kill you!" She pulled my hair making me punch her in the ribs getting her off of me. Getting on top of her I started beating her until someone pulled me off. I started laughing pissing her off even more when I spat blood on her face.
"I don't understand NatRat, you pick fights with me knowing you'll never fucking beat me, it's like you love being humiliated." I smirked tauntingly as I kept trying to get out of whoever's grasp. Thankfully I was wearing shorts today. She tried to jump at me but whoever grabbed me moved us out of the way.
"Nataly stop!" A familiar voice spoke.
"Alexander I will kill you!" She shouted making me finally notice his cologne. I was so wrapped up in wanting to beat her up I forgot my other senses.
"Nataly go get cleaned up before I tell mother about your stupidity." He said firmly making her groan before she disappeared to the girls bathroom. He let go of my waist and I turned to face him arms crossed over my rising and falling chest.
"Are you alright?" He asked as he looked into my eyes.
"Why are you here?"
"You weren't responding to my texts so." He shrugged making me grow annoyed.
"So you took a plane here?" I raised a brow and he smiled shyly.
"Come on just give me a chance to prove that I'm the one for you."
"Why are you so persistent?"
"Because I want you, plus why would I let someone as beautiful as you go?"
"Because I don't want you Alexander! So stop trying for gods sake! And don't you have a fucking fiancé?" He looked sad but sighed.
"Just one more date, as a goodbye." I groaned wanting to strangle him.
"Just one and I'll stop pressing you about giving us a shot, we can stay friends." I knew he wouldn't stop until I agreed.
"Fine, make it worth my time though." I said to which he smiled.
"I definitely will." How did he even get in here?
Alexander walked back the way he came and I made my way to the back of the school skipping all of my classes since every time I went to my current class the bitch called Paola was in my fucking seat. I wanted to beat her up so badly. Everyone was obsessed with her but I didn't care about everyone, I cared about Luca. I mean if all the male idiots in this school were gawking at her why wouldn't he? God I'm so pathetic.
'Why'd you skip my class?' Luca texted me but I ignored it.
It was currently about 8:00pm and I was hanging out with the whole group including Paola. They were all laughing at something she said but I didn't care much for it. She wasn't even funny honestly. She would insult people and laugh like it was funny, not my sort of humor.
"Oh my god and I remember yesterday I told Lyla how her hair looked like the American flag." She started laughing and me and Ethan stayed radio silent. I guess he understood she was just bullying.
"Oh come on you know it was funny Lyla, relax will you?" She spoke as she slapped my knee a little too hard to be a joke. What's her angle here?
"I need some fresh air." I said getting up and walking out of our dorm. I heard steps behind me and it was Ethan following me outside for some air as well.
We sat on a bench near my dorm and enjoyed the chilly atmosphere. We sat in silence until he spoke.
"I think she's obsessed with you." He said making me turn my head to him.
"And why's that?" I asked with a short laugh. Why would she be? She's like 100 times prettier and richer than me.
"She keeps trying to humiliate you and push you out of the group, I heard her planning some outing with the girls. Plus if we're being honest she's bullying with those 'jokes' of hers." I laughed and shook my head.
"It doesn't matter to be honest, I'm use to being alone either way so." I shrugged and he pulled me in for a hug.
"Well you're stuck with me." I smiled hugging him back. We hated affectionate touches yet here we were.
"Thanks." We pulled back and went back inside to listen to Paola brag about how hot her new first period teacher Mr.Grey was and how she's going to be spending lots of alone time with him after school. Just my luck.
"He's so gentle honestly, like when I didn't get something he'll just explain it in a way where I did. Ugh handsome and generous." She said daydreaming about him. I wanted to punch her in the throat so badly but I kept my cool.
"You should totally try to seduce him, I made a bet with Lyla but her and Mr.Grey are always at each others throats so that definitely isn't happening." Delilah said making me inwardly laugh. I won that bet a month ago girl but okay.
"As if she could...no offense..." all offense taken bitch.
"You're so right though, wait until tomorrow comes." She giggled and so did all the girls except me. Great now she's trying to seduce the damn guy.
