"Here, baby," Mark says, putting a blanket over both of their laps. "Comfy?"
"Mhm," Scott leans his head on Mark's shoulder. "Perfect."
Mark chuckles at Scott. "You're the cutest," he says. "Here, wanna hold my hand?"
"Mhm," Scott says, lifting his hand. Only, he stops when he sees something.
"Baby?" Mark asks, gesturing with his hand.
"Sorry," Scott says. "I just really love looking at my ring, sometimes."
Mark smiles at that. "Yeah?" He asks. "Well, I love seeing that ring on your hand too, sweetheart."
Scott blushes. "I'm so proud to wear it. I can't wait to marry you, Marky."
"I can't wait to marry you either, my love." Mark kisses Scott's ring. "I love you so so much. It's a bit ridiculous how much I love you when I think about it."
Scott giggles, placing both hands over his face.

"Take 5!"
"Thank you, 5!" The band responds.
Mitch and Scott head over to the vending machine in their rehearsal space, buying two water bottles.
"This tour is going to be so great. What do you think?" Mitch asks, twisting the cap off of his water bottle.
"I think it'll be our best yet," Scott says. "Hang on, my phone's ringing."

"Is that Mark's name in your phone? Awwh," Mitch says.
Scott blushes. "Yeah," he says, before answering the phone. "Hi, babe!"
"Hi, sweetheart! I'm choosing what to make for dinner tonight, did you want homemade pizzas or chicken piccata?"
Scott smiles. "Whatever you want, babe."
Mark groans on the other line and Scott giggles. "I called you so I didn't have to decide!"
"Okay, um, pizzas sound good. See you in about an hour, Marky!"
"I love you," Mark says.
"I love you too, baby."
Scott hangs up, and blushes when he sees Mitch staring at him. "What?" He asks, shyly.
"You're so in love it makes me want to vomit," Mitch says.
Scott smiles. "Sorry, Mitchy," he apologizes.
"Please don't apologize," Mitch corrects, "It just makes me feel single, that's all."

Mark tilts his head in confusion as he sees what's in the package addressed to him. "Baby?" He yells. Do you know who sent this?
Scott walks out of the bedroom, looking cute all snuggled up in his robe and his pajamas. He gasps when he sees what Mark has. "No, Marky! Why'd you open it?"
Mark looks at Scott. "It was addressed to me," he says.
Scott sighs, defeated. "Open it," he smiles.
Mark hesitantly opens the small box, and gasps when he sees what's inside. "Oh, my love." Mark gasps. "You did this for me?"
Scott grins, leaning in to kiss Mark. "I know we're already engaged," he says softly, "But I wanted you to have an engagement ring too. I'm kind of upset you found it before valentine's day," he giggles.
"I'm sorry that I wasn't expecting an engagement ring in our mail!" Mark laughs. "I can't believe it. You're the sweetest."
"I love you too," Scott kisses Mark's cheek and jaw.
"You remembered," Mark says, blushing as he gets a good look at the ring. "Where did you even find the actual ring?"
"Of course I remembered, Marky," Scott says cutely. "When we were in Italy and you said this ring is a ring you want on your finger for the rest of your life, I took note. I made a few phone calls and had it shipped here."
Mark wipes some tears from his eyes. "Put it on me?" He asks. "Please?"
Scott grins. "Mark Manio," he says. "About three months ago you asked me this very question, so now it's my turn. Will you marry me?"
"Yeah," Mark says, a few more tears slipping out. "Yeah, I'll marry you, that's why I asked you, you sap." Mark laughs.
Scott puts the ring on Mark's finger, and laces their hands together. "Now the world will know we only belong to each other."

Scott collapses next to Mark, attempting to catch his breath.
Mark leans over, placing sweet kisses on Scott's shoulder, neck, jaw, cheek, and temple before finally
settling on his lips.
Scott hums happily as Mark kisses him.
"Love you, Scotty," Mark says.
"Love you so much, Marky," Scott grins. "Love you, love you, love you..." he trails off into giggles as Mark keeps kissing him all over.
"Was that...okay?" Mark asks.
Scott raises an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"
"I just want to make sure you felt good," Mark says, kissing Scott's shoulder. "That you enjoyed it."
"Oh, yeah, Marky. I loved it. You always take such good care of me."
Mark laces their fingers together, smiles when he feels Scott's engagement ring on his finger.
"316 days," Mark reminds Scott. "316 days until we're bound for better or for worse."
"I love you," Scott says. "I can't stand to wait another moment."
Mark chuckles at that. "Me either. I love you too."

"Scotty, my best friend from high school is here," Mark says. "I want to introduce you to him."
"Okay," Scott says quietly.
They walk over to the man, and Mark gets his attention.
"Mark! Holy shit!" The man says. "Never thought I'd bump into you at a random starbucks in LA!"
"I know," Mark laughs. "Long time no see," he says. "It's been too long, Jake."
"Who's this?" Jake asks, looking at Scott.
"This is my fiancé, Scott," Mark smiles. Scott blushes.
Jake's face falls. "Fiancé?" He asks.
Mark nods. "Mhm."
"I, uh, I always thought you'd end up with, um, Meredith, or someone." Jake says. "Not, um..."
"Not a man?" Mark asks, his brows furrowed.
"....Yeah."
"Is there a problem?" Mark asks.
Jake sighs, and simply walks away.
Mark pouts, facing Scott. "I'm sorry, beautiful." He says. "I didn't expect it to go like that."
Scott smiles so big. "It's okay," he says. "I mean, he's not invited to the wedding, right?"
Mark shakes his head no. "Not anymore." He chuckles. "How are you still so happy about this, sunshine?"
Scott giggles. "That's the first time you've ever introduced me as your fiancé."

"What'll life be like, when we're married?" Scott asks, smiling when Mark kisses Scott's jaw.
"We'll be bound together for life," Mark says. "For better or for worse, in sickness and in health," He chuckles.
"You'll be my husband," Scott says. "My husband."
"Goodness, you're cute," Mark says. "C'mere." He opens up his arms.
Scott is more than happy to cuddle with Mark. He rests his head on Mark's chest, settling one of his legs across Mark's legs, and resting his hand on Mark's chest too. Mark wraps his arms around Scott, and Scott sighs happily.
"My love," Mark mumbles, running his hand through Scott's hair. "Thank you for loving me."
"It's the easiest thing I've ever done," Scott says. "Lovin' you."
Mark smiles, red coating his cheeks. "I love you so much, sweetheart."
"I love you too, Marky." Scott says. "I can't wait for the rest of our lives together."
