" What? " Josh questions, as he clears his throat as he's trying too hear if he misheard something. I looked down, not speaking or doing anything. I could feel my parents gaze on me, including Blaise's parents. " You heard me, why did you guys actually breakup? " Javier asks, I roll my eyes. I don't know why I gave him the job too he mafia leader. He's pathetic, and a ass now. " They split ways because, they wanted different things in life? " My father questions, still remaining staring at me.
I sigh and shake my head no. I look up too see confusion on my fathers face, my mom didn't know what was happening. She wasn't around then. " We split because I cheated " Josh admits, I look up too see Blaise and my father clench his jaw. I understand why my father would, but why would Blaise? I look at him with confusion. He ignores it, and turns his attention too my father and Josh. My father gets up, and begins too walk to Josh. I instantly get up and go in between them both so nothing happened. " I should go " Josh says, as his voice trails off a bit indicating he was uncomfortable. I nodded, he waved and begun too walk towards the front door " lock them " I hear Blaise say, from behind me. I look at him, with another confused expression. That's when I hear something happened with the front door it locked. My father chuckled, I sighed rolling my eyes. I told you he'd started some kind of war.
Everyone just remained staring at us, interested on what was happening. " All of you go home " I yell, making people grab there loose belongings " clean up any food, or drinks you left " I growl, making sure they clean up after themselves. I didn't want too make Susie's job even worse even though my mother and Alexandra had been helping her. Susie and my mother became good friends at such a short amount of time. I looked over too Blake, signaling for him too open the doors, he rolled his eyes getting the message. " Open them " Blake says, I give him a small smile, I walk towards the door letting everyone get out of the house. That was until I saw a couple making out in the hallway, they looked 19 or younger. The woman, had an American mafia symbol on her meaning she was in my mafia. " Enough, since you two don't wanna pay attention you two can clean up the rest of the cups, and help the maids put the food away " I yell, making there attention go too me.
The man groaned, the woman blushed and looked down in embarrassment. " I don't have all day for fucks sake " I growl, making them get a bit frightened and do as I said. I turn around towards the door seeing almost everyone was out. That's when there was the last man in the house, along with the couple. " Happy birthday " he says, his voice sounded weird, and deep. I smiled and nodded, he left the house. I don't know why but he gave me a weird vibe. I decide too ignore the feeling, and turn my attention back too the others. I see Ella sitting down, along with my mother comforting her. I raise my eyebrow with confusion " hey what's wrong? " I ask, as I kneel down in front of making us eye too eye level. She looks up, her eyes are puffy she sniffles. " This sucked, I'm sorry " she says, I chuckle " no it didn't. I liked it, we'll have a movie night of our own or something. Thank you for everything " I say, as I send her a reassuring smile. She smiles back, opening her hands up for a hug I do the same and give her a hug. She was basically hugging my waist since I was standing up, and she was sitting down on the couch.
I had gotten up once she looked as she wanted too hug, I kissed the top of her head gently. I let go of the hug, her doing the same I smiled, my mother was talking too my father. They were talking too Blaise's parents, along with Blaise talking too them. " I have too tell you something " Blaise says, I nod signaling for him too continue and let him know I was listening " the leader of the Mexican Mafia, is threatening you " Blaise says, everyone's eyes going too me seeing my reaction, I chuckled " I know " I say, as I take the post it note I had out of my bra and hand it too him, he looks at me with confusion, and then looks down reading the paper. " Where? " He asks, as he hands the paper too his father, Blake grabs it from Blaise's hand and his wife and my parents begin too read it. " When I went too go visit Alejandro, that's where I was " I say, as I sigh taking the post it note back from Blake. " Why were you at the hospital? " Blaise questions as he folds his arms " did you not hear me? I visited Alejandro. Open your ears, asshole. When you didn't take me too dinner, I went to go vent too Alejandro and see him. Is that so wrong? " I ask, as I roll my eyes, Blaise comes closer too me and goes up too my ear " you better shut the fuck up right now, or so help me satan himself I will take you too my office and bend you over and fuck you numb. Don't temp me Davina " Blaise whispers, I widen my eyes at the words that just left his mouth, I don't let him see my reaction.
I instantly go back too normal, acting as if it didn't faze me or take any affect over me " but you have too distance yourself remember? Stuck too that sweetheart. Your real good at running away " I say, as I smirk and lightly bump into his shoulder purposely, walking over too pour myself a drink. He turns around, and looks at me. I smile, my parents and his parents were speaking as they always do. Ella and Carla were helping Susie clean up. " Your parents and I including Ella and Carla are gonna get some milkshakes, do you want one? " My mother asks Blaise as he continues his gaze at me. " Strawberry milkshake please? " He questions, still not taking his eyes off of me. I do the same " and for you dear? " My mother asks, I smile " same thing mom. Thank you " I say, still looking at Blaise. " Okay we'll be back " my mother says, I nod Blaise does the same. I see Carla and Ella walk in front of Blaise and I.
We were at a good distance, as soon as we hear the door slam, I walk towards him. Blaise does the same " dance with me birthday girl " Blaise says, as he approaches me, I smile. " Gladly " I say, he goes on his phone, finally stopping the staring contest that had went on. The start of a song begun playing from Blaise's phone, he turned up the volume and placed it on the table.

Blaise holds his hand out, signaling for him too take it. After a few moments, of staring at him. I take it, he smiles I smile back. I interlock his fingers with mine, they fit perfectly. As if they were a missing puzzle piece waiting too be put together. I smile, as our hands interlock with each other's. His free hand goes too my waist, my free hand goes too his shoulder. We sway our bodies together, with the rhythm of the song. Too think, I just wanted too kill him not too long ago, surprisingly his shoes didn't step on my toes. He was actually dancing correctly. I smirked at his actions, he must've noticed because he smirked back. Us still dancing, too the best of the song. " I'm sorry, I didn't take you out too dinner tonight. I was getting scared " Blaise admits, as he looks the other way still focusing on our dance moves making sure we don't hurt each other. I do the same " scared of what Blaise? " I ask, he looks up too me " because I'm scared I'm getting too attached " Blaise says.
