Helena and Cristina danced around Meredith's room, waiting for the blond, who stood in the doorway between her bathroom and room. Cristina shook her arms and head as Helena jumped around the room, arms in the air.

"You're not dancing." Cristina complained, Helena pouting slightly at the girl.

"I'm too tense to dance."

"That's why we dance it out!" The short girl argued, still dancing.

"My problem is I'm sleeping with a man who's dating. And I don't care if he dates Sydney, it's the woman who dates after Sydney, that's my problem." Helena now ran her hands through her hair, swaying her hips, giggling to her self. "I mean, if I had any sense at all I would break up with the break up sex. There would be no more breakup sexing. If I had any..."

"Shut up!" Cristina interrupted, the two girls still dancing.

"Dance it out!" Helena grabbed Meredith's hands forcing her to dance.

As the blond started swaying to the music, Helena moved near Cristina, the two sharing a hip bump.

"You know... I'm gonna tell him." Meredith rambled. "I don't want him seeing other people."

"Fine, whatever." Cristina answered as the shorter girl spun around, holding her hand and giggling.

"I'm gonna tell him and I feel good about it!" Meredith now danced more vigorously.

"Dancing makes you brave!" The Asian woman said.

"Dancing makes you sensible!" Helena giggled, swaying her hips.

——

As Helena gave her interns the assignments for the day, she finished. "And, Collins, you're with me." Just then, she got a page, looking down to see there had been a pretty serious trauma. "Any questions?" She asked as her interns shook theirs heads. "Good. Collins, let's go, they need us in the pit."

As they hurried to put on trama gowns, they approached the ambulance along with Bailey, Callie, Cristina and Izzie.

"What have we got?" Bailey, the new chief resident, asked.

"Jacob Nolston, 47 years old, had a double bypass surgery two weeks ago. Presents febril and with pain and tenderness in surgical incisions." The paramedic told them. "I've got a ten car pileup in the freeway, you mind taking him?"

"You got it." Bailey answered.

"Ok, I need a gurney for the transfer." Callie instructed.

"Collins, go get me the gurney, please, and make it fast."

As the intern brought them the gurney, the hurried to transfer the man. Behind her, Helena could hear Cristina and Izzie bickering over cardio, however, she had her eyes on an ambulance that seemed to approach a bit to fast.

"Guys?" She called out, as they simply ignored her.
"Guys, we need to move!" The girl called out, seeing the ambulance didn't seemed to slow down. Turning around to them, she yelled. "Move!"

At that, the doctors looked up, welling the gurney with the patient away. However, as Helena put herself in a position as to protect the patient's head, a fragment of the ambulance hit her own, the girl quickly falling to the floor with a thud.

"Dr. C!" Jacob yelled, seeing his resident unconscious.

Quickly, Callie ran out of the ER, kneeling down beside the girl. "Ok, someone get me a gurney and make it kick!" She checked the girl's pulse before announcing. "Her pulse is stable, somebody page Dr. Shepherd!"

——

As Helena woke up, blinking slowly as her eyes adjusted to the light, she saw Mark by her side.

"Hey, sweetheart." He told her, his voice soft, as she tried to sit up, her hand quickly going to her head as she winced in pain. "No, no... don't try to seat up."

"Oh, gosh, my head hurts." Helena companied said, her hand shooting up to it.

"Yeah, Derek said you have a concussion... Actually, let me page him, he wants to examine you." The man said, his hand holding Helena's.

"How's everyone? I know Stan and Ray were in the ambulance." She asked, absentmindedly stroking her thumb across Mark's palm.

"The rest of the doctors are fine. I think the paramedics are still in the ambulance but don't worry about that, doll. Grey and the Chief have them." He answered, moving to gently cup her cheek. "And I have you."

At that, Helena smiled, looking tenderly into the attending's eyes. "I almost got ran over by an ambulance." She giggled goofily.

"You... why are you laughing?" The man asked disbelievingly, as she kept on with her fit of laughter. "Lee, it's not funny." He complained.

At that, the girls laughter only grew louder, as she moved her hand to wipe a tear that was forming under her eyes. "I- I'm sorry it's just-" Her laughter interrupted her once again. "I almost got ran over by an ambulance." She kept laughing.

"Helena! I- this is unbelievable. It's not funny, alright? It's not funny... I-" His eyes seemed to shine with a few tears. "I almost lost you."

At that, the girl's laughter died down, her becoming more serious as she placed a hand on the man's face. "What?"

"I almost lost you..." He whispered as he thought for a second, before looking up to the girl. "I don't want to lose you. Which... which makes me think... I want more. I want more than... than sneaking into your room and secret kisses when no one's looking. I want more than room service dates. I want to be able to kiss you and tell to whoever will listen that you're mine, and that I'm yours. I want you to be mine, Lee." He told her, looking slightly nervous.

Helena watched Mark speak, her eyes softening with every word and her smile growing. As the man finished, he grabbed his scrub top and pulled into a soft kiss. As their lips fell apart, the man asked. "Is that a yes?"

"Of course it's a yes, Mark!" She kissed him once more, the couple letting their foreheads rest against each other as he finished. Looking into his eyes, she whispered. "I'm yours. I'm all yours."

"I'm yours." He smiled, stoking her cheek with his thumb.

As he looked into her eyes, he joked, attempting to relief the tension. "Helena Campos, you're about to ruin my reputation. They'll think I've gone soft."

The girl giggled, her hand shooting ou to her head with the pain that caused.

——

After being checked out by Derek, who told her she was fine and would only have to stay admitted for the day, for observation, Helena read a book.
Suddenly, she heard a knock at her door, to find all of her interns looking at her.

"Oh, hi! Do you need anything? Dr. Shepherd took my pager, forbade me form practicing medicine, sorry..." She asked, putting down her book as they came in.

"No, no, Dr. C. We just wanted to check on you." Nicole told her, entering the room as she fidgeted slightly with the hem of her scrub top.

"Yeah, you know, after getting hit by a flying piece of an ambulance and everything." Monica explained, moving behind the blond intern.

"I'm fine, guys, thank you. Dr. Shepherd just wanted to keep me here for observation today." She smiled at the interns before her, touched by their worry. "Which resident did Bailey assign you to?"

"Dr. Sullivan." Jacob answered promptly.

At that, Helena scrunched her nose up a bit, knowing how the man lacked the patience to actually teach or be kind to interns. "And, what do you think so far?" She asked.

"Honestly?" Nicole asked.

"Honestly. I'm technically not a doctor today, so free pass, go." The resident told them, nodding.

"You know what they say about him and interns?" Monica asked her, making the young girl nod. "It's worse."

"Good for you I'm only down for the day, then." She giggled. "Now, go, I'm fine. Back to work, let's go, tea party's over." She shooed them out of the room. "Oh, and if Shepherd asks I was totally not reading against his orders!" She yelled as they left the room, the interns smiling at the woman, fondly.

——

As Helena closed her eyes, dozing off for a second, she was woken up by a knock on her door by George.
Jumping slightly, she opened her eyes.

At that, George giggled. "Hey, Lena."

"Hi, Georgie." She answered as the boy sat at the end of her bed. "I'm bored out of my mind and might just be going into surgery withdrawal. So, help a girl out, what do you have today?"

"I watched Bailey operate on a white supremacist." George told her, sighing.

"Wait, as in full racist mode, "master race"-believing , white supremacist?" Helena asked, scrunching up her nose in disgust. "Oh, seriously, how are there still people like that?!"

"He had this huge swastika tattoo on his abdomen too. What an ass." The boy commented.

"I bet." A few seconds of silence later, she fidgeted with her fingers as she told the boy. "Look, Georgie, I... I'm dating Mark." At that, the boy blinked rapidly.

"Mark? Mark Sloan?" He asked.

"Yes, and I... we've been seeing each other for a bit over a month, and we're telling people now, and I though I should tell you first. I mean, you're... you're one of my best friends and with our history and everything... I just, I thought I should tell you first." She let out in one big breath, scared for the boy's reaction, as she bit the inside of her cheek. "Please don't be mad."

"I'm... I'm not mad, Lena. Why'd I be mad at you?" He asked, the short girl shrugging. "I... look, do you really like him?"

"I... I do, Georgie. I really, really do." She answered, not able to contain her smile.

"Then all I am is happy for you. Though I do think his a douche. Now, if he hurts you then I will be mad. Big brother's business, you know?" He joked, nudging her softly.

Helena smiled at him, holding the boy's hand. "It's good to have you back. Now, come here." She moved over in her bed and patted the place beside her. "I almost died and you're going through a rough divorce, I think we both need a hug today."

The boy sat next to her and the two held each other for a second, feeling comfort in their friendship.

——

At the end of his shift, Mark went to see his girlfriend, who was already dressed to leave the hospital.

"Ready to go, sweetheart?" He asked, the girl smiling up at him. "I'll drive you home."

"Let me guess, this is the no operating machinery part, right?" She joked, as the man walked up to her and pressed a kiss to her lips.

As the two walked down the hallway, she spoke up. "Look, I was thinking... you know, since you are driving me home and everything, maybe you'd like to spend the night. Without sneaking in today. We could tell my friends?" She asked, a bit nervous.

"Sure, Lee. Sounds great." He smiled into the kiss they shared, happy to be able to share with the world their relationship.

As the two walked into Meredith's house, holding hands, Helena found Cristina, Meredith and Lexie dancing it out, along with Izzie and George.

"Hum... hi." She said, nervously rubbing her thumb on the back of her boyfriend's hand.

"Hi." Meredith answered, everyone stopping to dance around them.

"So... hum, Mark's spending the night today, if... if that's ok." She looked up at the man, who smiled down at her, seemingly a bit nervous too.

"Yes, we're...together." He added, gripping her hand tighter. Mark Sloan was confident with women, he was comfortable with these situations. However, with Lena it was always different. It was more serious, it had more promise, than anything he'd ever had before. And that was something that scared him.

As her friends stared at them, Izzie's mouth hanging open and Lexie's eyes widening with surprise, Helena smiled at them, clearly nervous. A few seconds of silence later, Meredith put the music back on, resuming her dancing. "Come on, Sloan, dance party."

At that, everyone slowly started dancing again, Helena giggling as she grabbed Mark's hand, guiding him to the living room.

"Dance party." She smiled at the man, the two starting to sway.

"Dance party." He smiled back, twirling her around as a giggle fell from her lips.
