CONTEXT

hello there

before you get into this book, i thought i should make a few things clear: 

• this book takes place a few years after episode III. the events of episodes I-III have not all happened in the context of this story. you'll realise which key parts were changed as the book goes on.

• this story will not include any plot from the tv shows REBELS or THE CLONE WARS, or THE MANDALORIAN for that matter. it is a standalone and absolutely does not fit into the actual skywalker saga at all, apart from some basic canon. 

• this is my first piece of star wars fanfiction (besides my anakin imagines book). i will try my best to ensure everything that i write about in terms of the rules of the Force etc. is fully explained and backed up (by wookiepedia no less), but naturally there may be new rules and non-canon plots that i make up to further the story - i will try not to make these too convenient for my characters and as realistic as star wars possible for your reading pleasure

• there will be scenes depicting strong violence and death. just the typical star wars stuff

• there will also be some smut. chapters with smut will be asterisked *
