I counted them from the onset of his forehead, trailing to the bridge of his button nose, way down to his cleft chin.
"Earth to Blake," Milo announced loudly, waving his hand in front of my view, stymieing me from gazing at his beautiful complexion...
My eyes trailed over my body up and down. I draped my arms around my lanky figure out of insecurity. Oh, how I scorned looking at myself.
Soon after, I walked into the bathroom to proceed to take a shower.
A little while later, I got out and did my skincare.
After that, I began to put on my clothes which, consisted of a pine green Calvin Klien t-shirt, black ripped jeans with a chain on the side, and my grey AJ1's.
I grabbed my essentials, including a protein bar, and I hightailed my ass out of my house.
The breeze was blowing briskly on this gorgeous autumn morning. I stopped in my tracks to take in the aroma of the frigid breeze.
A while after, I jogged to the stop where the city bus was arriving. Shit. I think I see a bus coming. I started picking up my pace. I was out of breath but, I jutted out my hand so that the bus could stop. The bus halted to a standstill, and I got on. I pushed my Metrocard into the slot and found a seat.
About ten minutes later, I saw the school. I pressed the bell to stop.
I got off while mumbling a thank you to the bus driver, and I put in my AirPods. I went to the application SoundCloud, and I played the song Pumped Up Kicks. Yeah yeah, I probably should not be playing this song but, it was just the vibes of it that I liked.
My stomach was churning with butterflies as I walked into campus.
I saw my two "friends." Note how I put friends in quotation marks. They were bogus. I could not just cut them off because I was a loner who had nobody else, and they do not take no for an answer anyways.
I saw them wave me over.
"Hey, Blake. Long time no see." Tristian announced with a big smile that I wanted to wipe off of his face.
