Astrid sat in the living room on the floor playing with her parrot, Stormfly, her parents sat on the sofa the News was on when a sudden headline got my attention
'Breaking News, the criminal Drago Bludvist has escaped prison, the man was jailed after he was found in illegal fights he would imprison people and make them his fighting slaves, the man was then caught after police Officer, Stoick Haddock and Gobber Belch help catch him sadly Stoick Haddock was found dead and near his son who had ran onto the road and had been run over and badly injured, Gobber Belch carried the rest of the investigation and help catch the man. Drago is now suspected to be in Berk that's all we have for now thank you now here's the story of the-" the tv turned off Astrid turned to her mother who's head was in her hands, Howard comforted her,
"It's ok Vera it's ok" Hoark soothed, Vera dives in Hoarks arms her face in her husbands shoulder sniffling,
"D-Dad what's wrong?" Astrid asked nervously,
"That man Drago Bludvist hurt one of your mums friends" Hoark explained but Vera suddenly shook her head getting out of Hoarks arms her eyes where bloodshot with tears but she looked angry,
"No, he didn't hurt one of my friends, he killed him, that Stoick Haddock was my best friend and he was killed and his poor son is god knows where without him" Vera growled, Astrid grew nervous, something was going on, and whatever it was wasn't good

Please don't hate me lol and yes I've dubbed Astrid's mum name as Vera I hadn't realised till this far in the book I hadn't named Astrid's mother and Ingrid her usually used ha,e was given to Hiccups foster mum so don't at me with 'hEr nAmEs IngRid" I don't care lol
