Me and Hiccup sat in the Library working on our project but I'd noticed he'd been really quiet and off all week and it was ticking me off,
"Ok what is it?" I folded my arms,
"Huh?" Hiccup said looking up from his work,
"You've been off all week what's going on?" I asked in my best nice voice I'd realised he wasn't very open and my normal attitude wasn't very well appreciated by him, his eyes looked away from mine filled with nervousness,
"I have no idea what you are talking about" Hiccup grumbled, I rolled my eyes,
"Don't lie to me" I snarked, he sighed,
"Look I know you don't know much about me and I'm sorry it's just some of my past is seeming to come back to me and I would really appreciate if you could let me sort it out" Hiccup explained, my mouth dropped this was the most open he'd ever been with me, I smiled with satisfaction and nodded,
"Ok sure but please tell me one thing?" I tried I feel like I'm testing the waters but we'll see, Hiccups look at me became weary,
"What is it?" He frowned,
"W-What's the deal with you, Fishlegs and Ruff and Tuffnut all being together all the time, like your dad takes them to school aswell" I didn't mention I knew the twins lived in the same house as him cause I feel that would land in an argument why I followed him, Hiccup looked at me for about 20 seconds before sighing and looking down,
"Ok but you promise not to tell anyone?" He glares which I reply with a nod, his face expression softens he looks back down, "that man in the car ain't my dad, he's called Charlie, and me and the others.." he stops to take a breath as if this is hard to say so I grab his hand reassuring him that I won't judge, he looks back up and me and smiles sadly, "I live with those guys because we're foster kids and Charlie is our foster dad."

Hey so this story is gonna become quite slow on updates because quite frankly my inspiration for this is not there don't worry I will carry on with it I just need to figure out a good way to carry on this story without it becoming boring
