Chapter 7: Brother's Plan

Amaranthe's POV

KINABUKASAN, sa school.

"Babe, may I talk to you for a sec?!" sigaw ng habol nang habol sa akin na si Rowss, kanina pa siya nangungulit na makipag-usap sa akin pero hindi ko siya pinakinggan at nagpatuloy lang sa paglalakad.

"Is this because of last night?"

Sinabi niya 'yon na may mga estudyanteng nakarinig sa kaniya.

Huminto ako. I scoffs. "You really have the guts to utter about last night, and you know what Rowss I don't care, just get the hell away from me."

Nagchichismisan na naman ang mga babae sa paligid namin.

"OMG. Is Rowss being dumped by that girl?"

"Yeah, who does she think she is."

"That ambitious bitch."

Sinadya pa talaga nilang lakasan ang boses nila no?

Huminto ulit ako. "And who do you think you are? Who gave you the permission to eavesdrop and butt in?" I gave the chismosas a death glare. Mainit ang ulo ko ngayon kaya wala ako sa mood na makipagplastikan sa mga kulang sa pansin.

"Just leave them okay? Let's settle this in private," singit ni Rowss at hinatak nya ako palayo.

"What the hell is wrong with you? I said stay away from me!" 

"Tinotoyo ka lang babe, let's get something to eat first," tugon niya.

Bumitaw ako sa kaniya. "I am not like any other girls out there, kapag mainit ang ulo ko mainit talaga ang ulo ko."

Biglang may humarang na isang prof sa aming dalawa. I've never seen him before pero mukhang kilala niya si Rowss.

"Mr. Sanchez I already got the approval, let's go to my office," ani niya.

Hinawakan niya ang kamay ko at dinala kung saan sila patungo. The professor looked at me confusely na parang tinatanong ako kung bakit ako nakasunod sa kanila.

"She's fine Mr. Carter, baka kung saan na naman 'to magsusutsot kaya pasamahin nalang natin," wika ni Rowss.

AT HIS OFFICE.

"Mr. Feliz made an agreement--," prof.

Mr. Feliz? Pangalan yun ng may-ari ng South Board University ah.

"--na we can shorten your course years as you requested, you will no longer handling minor subjects and will only deal with major courses in half a day, over all dalawang taon nalang ang tatahakin mo and you will get your degree after that," explain ng prof.

Rowss is planning on shortening his college years? What for?

"And the price?" Rowss asked.

"That would be half a million, everything will be taken care of by the school including confidentiality," tugon ng prof.

"Can I trust the confidentiality agreement?" Rowss.
