Everyone began to sing and Grayson walked out into the garden holding Ava's birthday cake, "happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to Ava. Happy birthday to you!" There were claps and cheers as both me and Grayson helped her to blow of the candles.
Suddenly, the music was turned back on and everyone went back to having fun.
"Can I take her for a bit?" Cameron insisted. I nodded and handed her over.
"How is she one already?" Grayson asked putting a hand around my waist.
"I honestly have no idea." I replied leaning into his chest. "It felt like it was only yesterday that we were teenagers."
