Hera continued to talk to Arlette as a warm smile sat on her face.

Hera could feel the wind shift, but didn't want to worry Arlette about it.

She then quickly placed a hand on the bird's cheek to reassure her everything was alright.

"Hera? You seem to be a bit on edge. Is everything alright?"

"Everything isss fine, you don't need to worry."

Arlette frowned as she nuzzle into her hand.

"Hey, why don't we get you something to eat. How does that sound?"

"I'm not hungry, you should go get something to eat."

Hera nodded as she walked off, worried that she might get hurt.

"Morro, I know you're here. I know why you'd follow me."

"Honestly little snake, you don't know my true reasons why I'm here."

"Yess I do, you want her, you want her powersss and her body."

Morro chuckled softly as he looked at Hera, "You aren't wrong."

"I knew it! You're ssso sssickening Morro."

Hera growled softly as she pointed her blade at him.

"Get out of here, or ssso help me or I'll kill you."

"If you say so my dear snake, but I'll be back."

"Pleassse, I'm much ssstronger than you think sssweetheart."

Morro soon had left leaving Hera annoyed, she really hated how power hungry he was.

Yet she grew up with him, she grew up with someone who wasn't so full of himself.

She knew he wasn't bad, and yet they were now enemies.

Enemies out for each other's heads.

A war between a ghost and a serpentine was brewing, and she won't be going down without a fight.
