Fourth. I think I heard that name from Archer when they where talking about which pieces are they from the game. Sinabi nya lahat kung anong chess piece sila. Some names are familiar pero meron ding hindi. But I know where I heard that name before.
Fourth. He's the EL Ordre's King according to Archer.
Thinking of what Aius had said made me anxious. The King wanted to talk to me. Hindi malabong mangyari dahil nandito ako sa hideout nila. Maybe it was his order to capture me in the first place. Pero dahil sa mga nangyari ay nakalimutan ko na mayroong King na dapat kong harapin.
Our Queen is really interested in him. She always looked flustered everytime she asks me if I already have any information about the King. Kung siguro sya ang nasa sitwasyon ko ay baka tuwang-tuwa pa sya.
But I know that the Queen was just excited to kill the King. Matagal na nyang gustong gawin ang bagay na iyon.
The trip to the room where Fourth is feels like I'm in a horror movie. Na may nag-aabang sa aming halimaw sa dulo ng hallway na iyon. I was right when I thought that the household is big pero nawalan na ako ng oras na pagmasdam ang buong kabahayan.
Aius stopped in front of the door at the end of the hallway. Sigurado ako na sa likod noon ay naghihintay na si Fourth.
Nagsimula akong kabahan nang basta na lang pihitin ni Aius ang doorknob. Hindi man lang kumatok which surprised me. Kapag ang Queen kasi ay nagkakakalyo na muna ang mga kamay namin sa pagkatok sa pintuan bago nya kami papasukin.
L and I followed him inside the room. It seems like a mini office. May office table sa dulo at ang dalawang mahabang sofa na magkaharap para sa mga bisita. There's a single sofa at the end and a coffee table in the middle with a chess board on it.
Napansin ko na may iba pang mga tao na nandoon na sa pagpasok namin. Archer is there who nodded at me as an acknowledgement. Tracer is here too who looked at me with such anger in his eyes. Iniiwas ko ang paningin ko sa kanya dahil kahit na malayo ang distansya namin ay nararamdaman ko pa rin ang init sa galit sa abo nyang mga mata.
Then there's a man who's eyes were the only thing that's familiar to me. I always noticed his mismatched eyes when I'm watching him through CCTVs. Kahit nakatakip ang kalahati nyang mukha ng itim na mask ay nakakaagaw pa rin naman ng pansin ang magkaibang kulay ng mga mata nya.
Only Viper isn't here. Maybe he's guarding my father. So the man with mismatched eyes must be Kier.
Then my gaze shifted to the only man who's sitting on the sofa. His legs were crossed as he stared intently at the chess board on the table. Sa tingin ko ay wala naman syang kalaban at pinag-aaralan lang ang mga pieces sa board.
Then he looked at me and I immediately noticed his sea-green eyes. His sandy-colored hair suits his pale skin. His eyebrows were slightly thick and has a pointed nose and a pinkish lips. He has a sharp jawline which add to the intimidating aura that he's giving me.
Even when sitting, I could feel the authorization in him. Para bang sya lang ang dapat na magsalita at dapat na sundin namin ang lahat ng utos nya. Para bang sya lang ang dapat na masusunod.
I'm sure that this is Fourth.
He stood up at halos wala sa sariling napaatras ako. Kung nakaka-intimidate na sya kahit nakaupo lang, ano pa kaya kapag nakatayo na sya? And shit lang, he's tall!
Fourth smiled at me and offered me his hand. Napatitig ako sa mga ngiti nyang parang may itinitago. Hindi ko alam kung sinasadya nyang makita ko iyon or he's just bad at concealing emotions. But I bet that it's the first one.
