Chapter Thirty-four

Knock knock knock

"Roman"

I mumbled into my pillow trying to wake my sleeping boyfriend

"Baby someone's at the door"

I groaned as I snuggled further into my pillow, he continued to snore

Knock knock knock

"Ugh fine I'll get it"

I huffed, climbing out of bed I was only wearing panties so I threw on one of Romans sweatshirts that ended halfway down my thighs and headed downstairs to answer the door.

Knock knock knock

"I'm coming"

I shouted through the door and as I turned the handle I got a hell of a shock to find Demi standing on the other side.

"What the hell are you going here"

I frowned at her, she looked mad as hell

"Do you have any idea what you've done to me?"

I quirked an eyebrow at her

"I'm out for three weeks because of you"

It was then I noticed the white bandages peaking out from under the collar of her shirt.

"That is not my fault, I warned you not to mess with me Demi. You should have listened now get the hell off my doorstep"

She looked livid and I was feeling the urge to throw her out on her ass when suddenly she looked past me and her expression changed

"Everything okay baby girl"

I turned and saw Roman coming down the stairs, I almost forgot Demi was there when I laid eyes on him. He had a pair of shorts on and no shirt, when he spotted Demi his eyes narrowed

"What are you doing here?"

I turned back to face her and he stood behind me slipping his arm around my waist

"This isn't over, you'll pay for this"

She growled. I was about to retort when Roman cut in

"Demi when are you going to learn, stay out of Mia's way and you won't get your ass handed to you"

I couldn't help smirk at her as he spoke

"You always did have a thing for my ass huh Roman, Remember how you used to-"

I leapt at her before she could continue her sentence but Roman held me back so I couldn't hit her

"Get the hell out of here Demi before my grip on her accidentally slips"

She looked terrified as Roman growled at her and quickly jogged back to her car and drove away. I was fuming and Roman had still not let go of me

"That smug bitch thinks she can turn up here and-"

I was cut off by Romans lips pressed to mine. He pressed me against the door and grabbed me by the thighs lifting me up.

"Mmm where did this come from"

I managed to pull away from him long enough to ask

"Helping you get all that aggression out baby"

He chuckled before slamming his lips back against mine

"Let's go dancing"

Roman lifted his head off the pillow and raised his eyebrows at me, we had been lying in bed all day enjoying our free time but I was getting antsy

"Dancing?"

I nodded my head and sat up on the bed, it was getting dark and I was wide awake

"Let's go out to a bar, a couple drinks and some dancing"

Although he had done a really good job relaxing me I wanted to let loose

"Sure why not, it sounds like fun"

I kissed him quickly and rushed to the bathroom to shower. Once I was done I blow dried my hair and put on a little make up before heading to the wardrobe

"Baby your still in bed?"

I laughed at Roman as he lift his head off the pillow, I had to pause and when I caught sight of him though. The sheets had slipped from his body and I had the perfect view of his naked ass. Every muscle seemed to ripple as he moved and I had to resist the urge to run my tongue along every curve"

"You okay over there"

His voice broke me from my trance and I went back to looking for a dress felling flustered and slightly giddy

"Yep perfectly fine"

I could feel my cheeks warming and I knew for sure they were turning red. I found a cropped tank top and striped mini skirt and as I began to dress I felt Roman press up against my back.

"You look good baby"

He murmured in my ear, I knew he was still naked when I felt something poking against me. He began to nip softly at my neck

"I better go take a shower before I change my mind about dancing and throw you back on that bed"

I giggled and nudged him away from me

"Oh no way big boy, get your ass in that shower. We're going out"

We caught a cab to a nearby bar and ordered drinks. The place wasn't very full and the dark interior gave it a mysterious feel. We found a private corner and Roman sat on a stool pulling me against him 

"You are an amazing woman Mia"

I smiled up him and pecked him on the lips

"And you're one hell of a man Reigns"

We drank and played pool having a great time. After a few more drinks I was feeling a little frisky and had moved to stand in front of my man

Dance for you by Beyonce was one of my favourites and as the music played I began to sway gently against Roman, my head was rested back against his chest. He had his hands on my waist rubbing small circles with his thumbs

I kept rocking back and forth in time to the music reaching up behind me to lock my fingers behind his neck

"I love you Mia"

He murmured in my ear as he nibbled my earlobe. Every nerve in my body was tingling and as I moved against him I could feel his body responding to me. He spun me around and pulled me close

"Lets go home, I need you"

All I could do was bite my lip and nod my head

"Lets go"
