Be my Shield (Roman Reigns)

Chapter Nineteen

"I want you as far away from the ring as possible on Monday night baby"

I frowned at Roman as i stretched my legs out on the side of the ring we were training in. The guys and I were at the WWE performance centre and Roman and I had decided to get in a workout together, one that had so far consisted of him trying to convince me to stay away from the ring on next weeks Raw.

"Mia i'm serious, I have a bad feeling and I don't want to risk you getting hurt"

He had come to stand behind me with his hands on my hips and i couldn't help but melt against him. I didn't want to stay away from the ring, I wanted to be there to support him but as he nuzzled his face into my neck and began nipping at the sensitive spot below my ear i found myself turning to mush and giving into him.

"Okay okay, I'll stay in the locker room but i swear to god Roman if you end up like last time i'm going to kick both your asses"

He spun me around and lifted me by the waist so i was sitting on the apron before settling himself between my legs and kissing me gently

"I'll be fine baby, as long as i know you're safe in the locker room away from the mayhem then i'll be able to focus on what's happening in the ring"

Suddenly he became tense and his grip on my waist tightened, following his line of sight i spotted Randy entering the centre and upon seeing Roman and I his lip curled into a sneer. 

"Ro, baby calm down. Just ignore him, he'll get what's coming to him. Now let's get into the ring and practice"

It took some gentle nudging and a few well placed kisses on his neck before he finally gave in and followed me into the ring. He began swinging me into the ropes gently letting me bounce back into his arms and at first it seemed like he had forgotten Randy was there until i heard him growl and when i looked over Randy had gotten into the ring beside us.

"baby stop, you're letting him get to you"

Randy had a smirk plastered on his face as he watched Roman get worked up so when i bounced off the ropes again i leapt into Roman's arms forcing him to catch me before smashing my lips to his. His large hands came down to squeeze my ass and lift me higher while my legs wrapped around his torso. He was caught off guard at first but from his smile against my lips i knew i had done well to distract him. I was about to pull away when he gave my ass a rough squeeze causing me to gasp and open my mouth, he took the opportunity to plunge his tongue between my lips causing tingles to spread through me. I was trying my hardest to suppress the moan that was threatening to escape my lips and the feeling of Roman's hands wasn't making it easy. When i finally managed to pull away i was flustered and training was the last thing on my mind. Roman was still holding me in his arms and instead of putting me down he walked over to the corner of the ring and sat me on the top turnbuckle. 

"How about we get out of here because if Orton keeps glaring at us like that i'm going to rip your clothes off and have my way with you right here in this ring, that will really give him something to glare at"

I burst into fits of laughter as i jumped down from the top rope and climbed out of the ring with him right behind me. Seth and Dean were already showered and changed ready to leave so Roman and I followed them out

"I hope you're ready to get your ass handed to you on Raw Reigns"

Randy's voice stopped us in our tracks and i quickly grabbed Roman's hand to stop him from moving towards Randy who was leaning over the side of the ropes smirking at us. Roman looked back at me and smiled before turning back to the ring

"Oh i'm more than ready to kick YOUR ass Orton but first i need to get my girl home and show her how a real man treats a woman"

Randy's face twisted in rage and i rolled my eyes at the two of them, always a pissing match. Of course it didn't bother me that Roman used me to piss Randy off, he deserved it after what he did to me and his pathetic excuse for an apology that night in my hotel room went out the window when he pulled that stupid stunt and got himself caught in a bathroom stall with AJ. 

"Come on baby let's get out of here" 

I squeezed Roman's hand and pulled him out the door towards his car. Immediately he pulled me into his side and placed a kiss on top of my head

"You know i wasn't just saying those things to piss him off baby, I plan on taking you home and showing you what a real man can do, all night long"

His voice sent shivers down my spine and i found myself clenching my thighs together at the thought of what was going to happen when we got home.
