About a week ago Taehyung asked you to go out with him on a date, and now here you are. At the train station. You just stepped off the train, taking a deep breath and exhaled slowly, you were a bit nervous but that wasn't going to ruin your mood.
You grabbed your phone, looking at the time that was displayed on the screen. 13:50 P.M it read, you arrived just on time which made today even better. You were actually scared that you might get in a time crises, you did wake up on time but that didn't make it easier to come out of bed. The lack of sleep you had due to being so nervous only let you have about 3-5 hours of sleep, but you managed to do everything within the time limit you had.
You scanned the unfamiliar place you were at, looking at the various people that were getting on and off the train. You slipped your phone back into your pocket before walking towards the exit of the train station, as you were walking up the steps you felt your heartbeat starting to increase. "Oh god" You muttered. "It's just a date"
You heart didn't listen to what you said and kept a fast pace as you arrived at the top of the steps, you instantly spotted Taehyung looking around most likely trying to catch a glimpse of you. When he looked into your direction you waved at him while walking towards him as he did the same. "Hey!" He says with a grin. "You made it"
You smiled at him. "Yeah, I did. I was actually scared that I wouldn't catch the train or get lost at some point" Taehyung laughed as you talked, a slight pink tint forming on your cheeks. Maybe from embarrassment or because looking at Taehyung gave you butterflies in your stomach. Or Maybe both?
"Well, I'm glad you made it __-ah" He says while scratching the back of his neck. "Me too" You say while looking at the ground briefly before meeting his eyes. "Shall we go then?" He suggests. "Sure" You responded before walking besides him, you looked around feeling like some sort of tourist because you have never been to this part of the city, But you didn't mind. Taehyung is familiar with this place so he will be your own personal guide.
You felt some sort of guilt because there was a silence because the both of you weren't talking. You tried to say something but nothing that you wanted to say seemed important or interesting. "I know that I'm not talking that much, but don't be scared to say something" Taehyung spoke up as he looked at you with a warm smile."Sorry, I just don't want to say anything stupid or talk without stopping" You said with a sheepish smile.
Taehyung looked surprised for a second but a smile was quickly back on his face. "You don't have to be scared ___! Relax, nothing that you say will scare me off or make me angry" He said, making you feel at ease. "Okay, I'll do my best not to be so awkward" You said with a giggle. "Good" He said before chuckling too.
Taehyung and you walked through a shopping mall, pointing at various items that were displayed at the window. You did feel more at ease when Taehyung said there was nothing that you had to be scared of, Taehyung was very relaxed as well. Often making jokes, as silly as they may seem they made you laugh. You were very glad that you accepted Taehyung's request to go on a date with him because it felt like you have never genuinely laughed so much on a day.
When you exited the mall with Taehyung you spotted a bench which wasn't too far from a small pond. Taehyung must have seen what you saw and gently grabbed your wrist before walking over to the bench, you placed your bag on the bench before sitting down. Taehyung also sat down, smiling as he looked at the people that were passing by. "We still have some time before the movie starts" he says "So why not learn more about each other?"
"Seems good to me" You agree. "So what do you actually like to do when you have some free time?" Taehyung was briefly silent before responding. "Well, I like to play videogames with some friends of mine, but I also enjoy playing with my cat or watch some television."
