Chapter 2

"Go Violet , don't be such a pussy ." Marlon pushed her closer to the corner . Round the corner was the alleyway .

The blonde turned around with a glare .
"Do you want to do it ?"

Marlon smirked , shaking his head .
"No man , that's all you ."

"You've got this Vi ." Brody assured , eager to find out who this person actually was . The whole group was there , even Gabe and Mari .

Violet took a deep breath . She didn't know why she was so scared , she never really liked talking to strangers .
"Ok here we go ." She said , striding round the corner but to her surprise there was no one there .
"Uh .. guys ."

The group hurried round , they too shocked to see no one there .
"Well .. so much for that idea ." Louis laughed , examining the person's living conditions . Laid out flat on the floor was a green sleeping bag , it had a few holes in it most of them were duck taped shut . A plastic bin bag with a few can of beans at the bottom , and an empty water bottle .

"Shit , I'd hate to be homeless ." Gabe joked , cringing at the sight of the alleyway . Abandoned bikes and rotten food chucked into rusty bronze trash cans .

"The person probably hates it ." Violet said with a sarcastic tone .
"They'd probably hate us roaming around in their stuff too."

"Good point ." Gabe admitted , removing himself from the scene . The group soon followed after searching round the place .

"We could maybe try tomorrow ?" Louis asked , earning nods from everyone else .
"Well thanks guys for coming out ." He thanked , first bumping everyone .
"See you tomorrow at school ." He dismissed himself from the gang and made his way home .

He plugged in his ear phones into his ears and blasted out music , whistling to the tune . Something caught his eye , the familiar baseball cap across the street from him . The small person's face unrecognisable because the cap drapes over it disguising them completely . He stopped his music and waved over to the person .
"Excuse me !" He yelled , the person twitched into his direction but kept on walking .
"Excuse me , wait ." He yelled again , looking left and right before crossing the road in a run .

But when he crossed the person had already ran off but , he managed to get a close up of them . It's like his prayers were answered . It was definitely a girl . He could tell by the curves of her small body . He immediately took out his phone and alerted the group chat .

TheGreatestPianist : yo . Guys . Emergency!!! Code red !!!

Violet : what now ?

TheGreatestPianist : just saw that Person . They literally just ran away from me and I couldn't catch up .
