and do your skin care
- organize your saved posts on
- unfollow people on social media
who don't inspire you anymore and
make you feel bad about yourself
- take a long bath to destress
- exercise, go for a run or do yoga
- get on top of your school work
(organize your notes, make a study
schedule, do your homework etc)
- go for a walk to clear your mind
- meditate
- clean and organize your room
(maybe even rearrange your room)
- set goals for yourself and create a
moodboard
- read!!
- educate yourself about smth you've
been curious about for quite some
time
- organize and delete pictures/ videos/
songs on your phone or laptop that
you don't enjoy anymore
- start a diary / bullet journal
- look up new recipes and plan the
meal you want to make in the next
few days
