- a thread

- shower daily
- change your clothes everyday - don't
  sleep with your clothes on, change
  into pyjamas before going to bed
- drink a lot of water
- eat chewing gum (preferably mint)
- if you have bad breath: try oil
  pulling or tongue scraping (both are
  ayurvedic practices)
- find a good deodorant that works for 
  you. try to look for natural
  ingredients.
- wear a perfume you like (or try  
  essential oils)
