how to get a good night sleep
- a thread- don't sleep on an empty stomach
- don't think about too much stuff
when youre trying to sleep. i know,
that's not always possible but maybe
try meditating before going to bed. it
works wonders.
- make sure your room isn't too hot;
open a window if it's necessary
- if you really have problems falling
asleep i'd recommend not going on
your phone at least half an hour
before you go to bed; it's healthier
for your eyes and you'll fall asleep
faster
- get yourself some cheap bluelight
glasses or download an app that
blocks bluelight from your devices
- make yourself comfy (wear
comfortable clothing, get an oil
diffuser for essential oils, wash your
bed sheets regularly,..)
- use your bed only for sleeping; don't
eat on it or make your homework
there! i know it's difficult but it will
help if you really have problems
