I hate asking for people's attention. I know that they'll give me their attention but I want attention from people who give me their attention without a request. That's why I don't advertise on this website that much. I advertise my unimportant work that I do for the fun and spur of the moment. I don't do it because I want to be famous and I want to win money. Just now as I began to enter in work for the competition on Tallenge? I almost lost it. I'm in panic mode. I made a typo and it ruins my chances of being voted for I bet you. I'll lower down the opportunity to posting one entry a day that way I don't freak myself out and I can ask someone if they can reread over my work before I post it. That's right. See on here I have people who look out for me but I don't have time to post it to them and then post it to the competition... Ugh. I'm stressing over this and I shouldn't be this is supposed to be fun!
Publishing Adventure? This seems more like a Punishing Adventure to me!
Don't let yourself get caught up in this whole publishing ordeal. It's a great way to get yourself out there and express yourself but if it takes the fun out of writing for you then step back for a moment. There's no need for when you're doing something you enjoy!
