I have such bad writer's block. I've started so many chapters but scrapped them because I just feel like shit. How do I cure this?

Every chapter I write I just feel it's rubbish so I end up deleting them. I'm so sorry for the lack of updates. I'm trying, I really am but I just can't seem to write anymore.
