my ideal self care morning routine
- a thread- wake up early
- open your windows
- don't check your phone (!)
- do your skincare, shower
- drink some water
- meditate
- stretch, practice yoga or workout; do
something that moves your body
- eat a delicious breakfast. some ideas:
avocado toast, pancakes, toast with
nut butter and syrup, smoothies,
homemade granola with coconut
yogurt and fresh fruit, oatmeal..
i also reccomend green tea! i've been
drinking it every morning for over 8
years now and i'm still not tired of it.
jasmine green tea is my favourite :)
- get ready for the dayi obviously don't do everything i've mentioned in the morning but i always have breakfast, do my skin care and don't go on my phone (at least until i've finished breakfast) no matter how busy i am :)
