KENZIE'S POV

I opened my eyes, when I felt the sunlight hitting my face. Bumangon ako at kinusot kusot ko ang aking mga mata. I noticed that this is not my room at the hotel. Oo nga pala, nasa guest room ako ni Gallegos.

I stretched my body as I got up from bed. Nakita ko sa couch ang mga pampalit kong damit na iniwan ni Gallegos para sa akin and there's also a phone beside it. There's a gray sticky note that was sticked on the backrest of the couch. Lumapit ako at kinuha ko ang note.

Wear this, spoiled Princess. Call me if there's a problem because you're always good at making problems. Oh! And don't change my name on the contacts. 😏

I rolled my eyes. How dare he! I'm not making a problem. And what's with the emoji? Pfft. Didn't know that Gallegos has a cute side.

I took the phone and I look at it. It's Iphone. Hmmm... not bad. Mukhang nagamit na ang phone na to and it's not the latest version of Iphone.

Nilagay ko sa table ang note at dumeretso ako sa kusina para kumain. Nakita ko na may nakahandang pancake doon and again, there's a note pasted on the table beside the pancake. Umupo ako sa stool at kinuha ko ang note.

Eat this, hungry Princess. I'm off to school. 🤗

Napangiti naman ako sa sinulat niya. May naka drawing na naman na emoji sa dulo. "This guy really knows how to draw."

I envy his talent. Too bad I don't know how to use a pencil unless if it's for writing words.

I looked at the pancake. I frowned when I saw a chocolate syrup on top of the pancake. Gosh! I hate chocolates. Simula nung bata ako hindi ko talaga hilig ang chocolates. I know everyone loves chocolate but don't include me to that everyone. Why? I don't know. I guess I don't like it since birth.

Dahil hindi ko naman makain ang pancake kinuha ko na lang ito at nilagay sa ref. I looked for other foods but there's none! Kahit canned foods wala. I don't even know how to cook.

I took the phone and I went to the contacts. And there I saw his name. Pinaikot ko ang mata ko dahil sa yabang ng lalaking ito. The Oh-So-Hot Gallegos 😍

I pressed the call button. Naghintay pa ako ng 5 rings bago niya ito nasagot.

"Hello? May problema ba, Jacobs?" Tanong niya mula sa kabilang linya. Mahina ang boses nito, like he's whispering.

"Yes! There is!" I shouted. I'm getting upset because I'm damn hungry.

"What? Why? Anong nangyari?" He sounded worried but he's voice is still low.

"Why did you put chocolate on the pancake?! My gosh! I don't like chocolates, Gallegos! At bakit wala ka nang ibang pagkain dito na ready to eat? I don't know how to cook. I'm so hungry, Gallegos! Pinaparusahan mo ba ako?"

"Iyan lang ba ang rason kung bakit mo ako tinawagan? You called me in the middle of my class, Jacobs." I can imagine him gritting his teeth while saying those words but I don't care. I'm fuckin hungry!!

"This is a serious problem, Gallegos. Nagugutom na ako. And I don't care about your class."

"Okay, spoiled princess! I'll be there on lunch time, I'll buy you some food. Geez, hearing your complains woke me up in my class." I heard him chuckled. Hearing his chuckle on the other line made me gulped. It's damn sexy.

"Good. I like a pasta because I'm craving for it. And I want some cake! Strawberry cake! I love stawberries. You can buy strawberries for me. Maybe a kilo of strawberries? Buy some drinks also. Uhm, I prefer a diet coke." Sabi ko sa kanya.
