When all were busy with their small family lunch in the food corner of the mall, Swara sees something and starts making cute faces to Shivaji and her brothers. They look at the direction to which she was looking and finds her eyeing the ice cream counter and get to know that she wants to eat ice cream.
Shivaji looks at her sternly, or at least tries to, and says, "No Princess... No ice cream... You'll catch cold very fast... And I don't want that..."
Swara looks at him with puppy eyes, "But Baba only one..."
Abhimanyu sighs and tries explaining her, "No doll you can't eat that... You know right your very sensitive... So no..."
Swara makes a pout and turns her face angrily. All sigh seeing her.
Shivaji gives up and at last agrees,"Ok...", Swara looks at him through the corner of her eyes, "Princess you can go and have the ice cream..."
Swara squeals happily, "Really..."
Shivaji smiles and nods his head in approval.
Abhimanyu forwards his hand to her, "Come then let's all go and eat and I'll see to it that my doll eats only little...", saying this he winks at his brothers.
Swara whines like a kid and says in an annoyed tone, "Dada this is not done..."
Rithvik wraps his arm around Swara and says, "Everything is cool... So let's go... And only little for my Choco pie right..."
All go towards the ice cream counter leaving all the bags on the nearby table with a whining Swara hot on trial. Seeing this as a chance Sanskar goes there quietly and places the box he was holding among the bags.
***In the evening*** --- Sardeshmukh house ---
All were sitting in the garden with their gifts that they brought.
Shivaji forwards a packet with a dress in it to Swara, "Princess... This is your diwali gift...", he hands her a beautiful locket along with it, "... and this for dhanteras to my little goddess lakshmi..."
