Hospital Run

"Come on, sir. You need to take your medication!" The nurse says. For the past hour, she has been trying to get Shawn to take his medicine. Shawn sits there, watching the nurse, with amusement. "No." he simply says, shaking his head after. After no change of events, Shawn looks at the nurse one more time, then runs out the hospital room, forcing us to chase after him. It doesn't take long before I finally grab him by his shirt to stop him. "If you take it, we can cuddle after" I say in a sing-song manner. It takes a lot more convincing before Shawn decides to take the medicine. "Can we watch a movie? Let's watch Harry Potter!". I give in and Shawn sits down on the bed to rest while i go get my computer and the Cd's. Soon after the second movie starts, the side-effects kick in, and Shawn is fast asleep leaning on my shoulder. When i notice Shawn has fallen asleep, I turn off the computer and put it on the side table, and cuddle into Shawn. "Good night, muffin man. Sweet dreams." I whisper, pressing a kiss on his forehead. The nurse comes back once more to make sure everything is going ok, and turns the lights out and shuts the door.
