Mommas friend finally got there, and she told you guys about the celebrities she's met. Everyone was out of the house except you, moms, and Mariana.

"You know know Justin Timberlake!" Mariana squealed.

"Mm-hm." Gretchen responded.

"Oh my god!" You gasped.

"George Clooney asked me to show him around Beijing." She added. "I do a lot of business there, so I'm a great tour guide."

"Okay wait a minute. You know George Clooney?" You asked.

"We almost died together in Sudan." She said.

"Why are you lying to me right now?" Mariana joked.

You all laughed.

"Your mom knows famous people too!" Gretchen pointed out. "We had dinner with Clinton in Angkor Wat. Remember?"

"Clinton really?" Mariana asked.

"Don't get too exited. It was Bill, not Hillary." Momma teased.

"Hey, your mom and I traveled too." Mom added. Remember that night we spent Barstow?"

"How could I forget? My birthday weekend, the greasy cheeseburgers, a roach infested motel, and a cheap bottle of presecco." Momma said.

"Only the best for you, my love." Mom responded.

Mommas phone buzzed.

"Oh, its Jesus. He wants to know if he can go to the movies with Lexi."

"Yeah, as like long as he's home for curfew."

"I won't get to meet him?" Gretchen asked.

"Its Friday night." Momma said.

"Yeah, and I'm the only single one in the house." Mariana sighed.

"Hello! I'm single too." Not for long though.

"Oh please. You think I don't know about Dylan? We all know about Dylan." Mariana told you.

"I don't know about Dylan. Who's Dylan?" Momma asked.

"You guys met him the other day."

"Oh, the nice, polite young man. We like him. Right hun?" Mom said.

"Right. We do like him." Momma said.

"Ooh, you have a boy in your life, and your parents approve?" Gretchen teased.

"Um... What about Brandon? He's single." You quickly took the subject off of you.

"I don't know. He did go to that concert tonight...with Talya." Mariana said.

"So thats back on?" Momma asked.

Mariana shrugged. "I guess so."

Moms looked at each other.

"So..what about you? Do you have a girlfriend?" You asked Gretchen.

"A few. I like to play the field." She answered. "Although, I must say. Your moms do make marriage look almost bearable."

"Well, they're not actually married." Mariana said.

"You didnt do it when it was legal?" She asked.

"Stef, here, doesn't believe in gay marriage." Mamma said.

"No,thats not true. I believe marriage is a state of mind, not a matter of state."

"But you were married to mike." She added.

"Mm, look how that turned out." She sighed.

Gretchen laughed. "Because you're gay."
