Christine DuBois' troubled ten-year-old son, Jacob, has yet again caused another nanny to quit. Christine is just tired of him and she doesn't know what to do, Jacob claims he doesn't need a nanny, but he still cannot cook or clean for himself.
While at work, Christine's friend, Zoey suggest for her to hire a butler. Feeling that it might work, she agrees, but she wasn't ready for what would also come with the new butler.
With the butler would come, love, heartbreak, and a new found friendship.
