"Yeah, Vic decided to come with me. He really wants to meet you and the guys. If that's okay." I told Jesse that Vic and I were a thing the night it happened, he was thrilled and probably more excited than I was. I smirked at the memory.

"Of course its okay, I can't wait to finally meet him. Does that mean you guys are staying at a hotel or..?" He asked.

"Yeah, we figured that it would be easier than trying to fit all of us in your house. I mean it's not the biggest." I teased.

"Hey, I'm no Justin Hills, I'm Jesse Lawson, poor ginger of Michigan." He stated matter-of-factly.

I chuckled into the phone at his silliness. "I know, I know. I mean we have been friends for how long? You're my poor ginger side kick."

"Sometimes I wonder why I talk to you." He said teasingly.

"It's because you love me. Don't deny it." I defended.

"But gingers don't love remember? We're soulless." He countered, making me laugh.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever you say. But I gotta go, so I'll talk to you later." I said.

"Oooo, got a hot date with loverboy?" He teased some more.

"Goodbye Jesse." I said, sounding unamused, but I was smiling anyways.

"Use protection!" He shouted into the phone right before I hung up.

I looked at Vic, and he was just as amused as I was.

"You guys need your own T.V. show or something." Vic said, getting off the bed to get a drink from the mini fridge he had in here.

"That's what I'm saying man." I said, playing along.

I decided that it would be best if I looked up the hotel we would be staying at, and find how much it was. It was about $60 a night, and Vic and I concluded that we would both split the cost of the pay. I'm suddenly glad that I worked all that extra overtime.

"So now what do you want to do." I said, plopping on my stomach in front of Vic, propping my chin in the palm of my one hand.

"Well, we could watch some movies, or we could go be active and play volleyball." He gave me the option.

Any other day I would've said to just watch some movies, but today I was feeling energetic and I needed to get some of the steam burned off if I was ever going to go to sleep tonight.

"Let's go play some volleyball." I said, then hopped off the bed to retrieve the volleyball that Vic had in his closet. I know what you're thinking. What kind of guy plays volleyball? Me, personally I don't know why I like it so much, it's just something I was naturally good at so I took a liking to it. Vic, however had to play on his schools team when he was a freshman and sophomore because his mom made him. Luckily for Vic, he actually liked playing so he didn't mind. We both found this out like four days ago.

We were walking down the stairs, hand and hand, heading to the front law on out dorm building, where we usually play at. I never used to be one for holding hands in public, but I enjoyed anything if it was with Vic. God, I like him so much it's so ridiculous.

We walked out the front door, not before waving to Jack and Rian sitting in the entertainment room watching the Ravens game. Vic still doesn't like Alex and them, but he doesn't say anything about me being friends with them. Which I'm thankful for, because they're like the only friends I have here.

Vic served first, a float serve to be exact, that I ungracefully returned. Vic was better than me, but that's okay because he had more experience. I never played on a real team, however I did play in beach tournaments at Lake Michigan with Jack in the summer. Plus, it wasn't a competition on who was better.

He served it again, this time a normal one that I could actually return well. We had a good volley going, but when I saw the chance to hit it, I took it, jumping up and swinging my arm to hit the ball with some force. It must've taken Vic off guard because he shanked it off his arm, resulting in him having to go chase it.

When he got back he gave me a playful glare to which I just shrugged my shoulders at. He served a floater – shocker – to which I returned this time, but it went dead in the middle of both of us. I ran towards it shouting, "I got it, I got it!"

However, Vic obviously didn't listen to me because next thing I know I was colliding with Vic and falling to the ground with him on top of me. "Get off me you idiot." I laughed.

"Me? You're the one who ran into me!" He accused.

"I called it!" I defended myself.

We both started laughing like idiots at the whole situation, and before I could speak again Vic leaned down to give me a chaste kiss, that I enjoyed more than I should have.

"Would you two take your gayness somewhere else, I don't want to catch the disease." An unfamiliar voice said. We broke apart and I looked up so see it was none other than Chris. He was walking to the door, shorts sagged with a dirty white beater on, typical outfit for the disgusting pig.

Vic got up and pushed off me, helping me up on the way, and faced towards Chris. "I would see it in your best interest to fuck off before I beat your ass into being gay. Now go, take your pathetic existence and go be useless somewhere else."

Chris didn't even look our way as he flipped us off and went inside.

"Come on, I'm tired lets go to the room." I said, part of it was true, I was tired, but I Chris ruined my mood and I don't want to play anymore. Why can't he just leave us alone and let us be happy?

I didn't even wait for Vic as I headed inside up to the room.
