Kane and Abby left in the rover to go get the guard ready for the move tonight. Clarke and Bellamy had stayed behind to watch the ship and alert Kane if anything changed. The evening had been pretty uneventful. Bellamy and Clarke sat in silence for most of the time. Neither of them knowing what to say. Clarke was upset, but didn't want to tell him. Bellamy knew Clarke was upset but didn't want to pry.

The sun was setting. It would be dark soon. Bellamy and Clarke moved back farther away into the woods so they could start a fire without the prisoners seeing it. Once Bellamy had the fire started, Clarke pulled out some rations from her pack and handed one to Bellamy. The two sat by the fire, eating, in silence.

Bellamy couldn't handle it any longer.

"What had you upset earlier?" Bellamy asked. Almost at a whisper.

"It was nothing."

"Clarke. I know that's not true."

Clarke looked up from the ground and saw that Bellamy was staring right at her. She felt as if he was looking into her eyes, right into her soul. She knew she couldn't hide a damn thing from him.

With a sigh, she broke eye contact and began speaking. "I was telling my mom about how I had spent my time for the past 6 years. How I lived. What happened. How I ended up alone. How you fell in love..." Clarke's voice began to crack. Bellamy said nothing so she would finish.

"I told her about Madi, and how she became part of me. I told her about the radio signal not getting out, even though I tried so hard every damn day -"

"Radio?" Bellamy asked.

Clarke forgot that she hadn't told Bellamy that she had tried to get him on the radio, everyday, for the past 6 years.

Clarke looked to Bellamy. Tears were forming in her eyes.

Clarke began to speak again, but nothing would come out. She finally got the breath she needed to continue. "I tried to get you on the radio Bellamy.... everyday.... since you left."

Bellamy couldn't believe it. He stared at her for a moment. Clarke could see the tears forming in his eyes. Bellamy realized he was about to cry so he placed his head in his hands and tried to sob silently.

"I left you behind. I thought you were dead. I made a choice to have feelings for someone else. While the whole time.. you were here, thinking of me enough to radio out every single day for 6 years straight?!" Bellamy yelled.

Clarke knew he wasn't yelling because he was mad at her. He was beating himself up. This is exactly why she didn't want to tell him about the radio.

Clarke reached over and placed her hand on Bellamy's shoulder. "You didn't know, Bell."

"I should've! I could have saved us both a lot of heart break Clarke. If I had just listened to my gut..."

"BELLAMY!" Clarke yelled. Bellamy stopped and looked at Clarke. She had never yelled at him like that before. It honestly took him by surprise.

"You can not keep beating yourself up. It happened. It's done. We are here now... together. And nothing is going to pull me away from you again. Okay?!" Clarke yelled until she had lost her breath.

Bellamy stared at her for a moment. He couldn't think of what to say, or how to react. He was so sorry and wanted to spend the rest of his life making up for it. He grabbed Clarke's cheeks and brought her in for a kiss. The kiss was similar to the one that they had shared standing by the rover earlier. Neither of them wanted it to end. And it didn't. The were both so caught up in one another that neither of them realized that they were laying on the forest floor beside the fire, undressed, until after it was done. A smile grew upon both of their faces and they wrapped themselves up in their sleeping bags and drifted off to sleep.

---------------------------------------

Clarke jumped up out of the sleeping bag. She had a nightmare and couldn't tell what was real or fake. She realized it was fake when she looked down to realize she was standing there, naked. Clarke grabbed her clothes and put them on as quickly as she could. How long had they been asleep? The guard should be here any minute now.

"Bellamy" she whispered. That didn't work, so she nudged him and finally his eyes fluttered open. "What is it Clarke?" he said in the most innocent sleepy voice she had ever heard.

She looked down at him and kissed his forehead. "Put some clothes on."

Bellamy's eyes grew wide as he had now realized too he was in the middle of the woods, naked. He grabbed his clothes and dressed himself as he laid under the sleeping bag.

While Bellamy was getting dressed, Clarke went to grab the radio from her bag to call her mom.

It was gone.

"Bell - what did you do with the radio?"

"What do you mean? Is it not in your ba-" Bellamy stopped mid sentence to let out a grunt.

"Bellamy?!" Clarke yelled as turned around to see two men behind Bellamy. One had his arms around Bellamy's neck, and the other punched him in the gut. Before Clarke could make it over to him, she felt herself being hit in the back of the head forcefully. Then, everything went black.
