Chapter 14

Once we got even remotely close to the dorms I rushed in determined to beat Alex. There was no way he could change that fast could he?

"How do you change so freakin' fast?" I asked out of breathe.

"I just do. Now let's go get food." He said and grabbed his car keys off of the table.

"Fine but I will beat you one day." He just laughed and opened the door for me.

"I will, you just wait and you'll see," I said confidently.

"Ok whatever you sat Lana." He said and held the final door open for me. We made it to the car, and ended up driving for around ten minutes until we saw a McDonalds.

Alex's POV

"Why didn't you get a soda or something?" I asked Lana who was filling up her cup with Hi-C.

"I don't like soda." She stated blankly and put the top of the cup on. She grabbed a straw and slid it into the lid.

"Oh your one of those people." I said and she gave me the look that says.

"Don't start with me Alex," she laughed and grabbed the rest of her food. We walked to an empty table in the back. "Anyways are you excited about school." She asked.

"Should I be? I thought I would be done after I graduated but no. I just have to go four more years and even more after that depending on what i miraculously decide to do with my life."

"Couldn't relate to anything more."

"Anyways Lana, the boys invited me to go to this party this weekend." I said. She just looked at me.

Lana's POV

"Oh yeah that sounds so fun." I said with lots of sarcasm. I guess he didn't catch it though.

"Well good we're are going to a party," He said and I nodded in agreement without realizing what he had said.

"Wait what? We?"

"Of course. They said they wanted you to come. Might as well make more girl friends." Confused, I just agreed on going. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only girl anyway.

When we done eating I helped Alex clean up the table a little. Just as i turned to put something in the trash someone bumped into me.

"Watch it Lana. Oh hey it's so nice to see you again." Stephanie Walker, aka high school queen bee, said in the most fakest ever. You'd have to be an idiot to fall for it.

"Hi Stephanie." I said with my fake smile. She found out I accidently grabbed something of hers. I never stole from her in the first place. It was just a misunderstanding.

Then in high school. She hated me still because of that so now we hate each other. It's stupid I know.

"So Lana, bestie, who is this?" She said referring to Alex. Alex looked up from his phone to see what was going on.

"My friend why?"

"Because he is hot as fu-"

"Ok that's enough. He is not going to be one of your toys you have "fun" with and then ditch." I grabbed Alex's wrist and tried to get him to come with me away from her. I don't think Alex even really knew what was going on.

"I don't do that." She protested and put her hands on her hip.

"You sure?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Yes."

"What about Logan, David, Arthur, Charlie, Troy, Marc, Nicholas, Carl, and Ralph? Do I need to go on?"

"No, fucking bitch," She mumbled and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Alex are you ready to go?" I asked. He shook his head yes.

"So your name is Alex?" Stephanie said stepping closer to him.

Then she adjusted her shirt so her boobs were literally popping out. Then she pulled her pants up to make them tighter. I think she was giving herself a wedgie.

"How about no. Why don't you go back to him over there." I said looking at a lonely boy over at their table.

"Wow Stephanie. Looking for another guy while you are on a date with one now." I said and shook my head in disappointment.

"Ah whatever I didn't want him that much anyway. Just some dick." She said and sashayed away.

I turned around saw Alex looking behind me to something. I turned around to see what he was looking at and all of a sudden coldness ran over my body. I opened my eyes, and Stephanie there with her cold water. Well the cold water was now all over me.

She was laughing now. I turned around grabbed the half of my water left and poured it on her.
She was whining to her boy so Alex and I left.

I sat in the back of the car so I wouldn't get Alex's front seat all wet. After a while i got tired and ended up fall asleep in the back of his car.
