"How long...?"

"2 more days."

"Only?"

"It's okay, I'll be back."

There was only silence that followed.

"Do you not trust me?"

"That was what my brothers told me."

Taehyung felt Yoongi's cold hands tighten around his.

"I'm not your brother."

"I know."

Silence.

"So?"

"Please-." Taehyung stopped, he buried his face into Yoongi's shoulder.

"Come back safely."

-N-

Yoongi woke up in Taehyung's embrace.

Just like any morning.

But this morning was different.

The sun was hiding behind the clouds like it was afraid, casting a grey shadow on Seoul. It was as if the whole town was mourning and dreading this day.

The day where they part with their loved ones.

Not for their own sake.

But.

For the sake of others.

For what's right.

"Here." Taehyung handed Yoongi his large backpack and helmet.

"Thanks."

The walk to the train station was longer than usual, with the snow falling lightly onto Yoongi's jacket rim. Yoongi's hands touched Taehyung's pinky finger, Taehyung glanced towards Yoongi, sorrow was overwhelming his gaze.

The held hands all the way to the station.

There was a moment when everyone understood everyone at the station.

They all felt the same emotions, the same feelings.

The same wishes.

The train stopped slowly at the station.

Everyone was hesitant.

There were families, couples, siblings...

There was nothing but sobbing and silent goodbyes.

The train doors open just as slow as when the train stopped.

Nobody moved.

Nobody wanted to.

Taehyung's hand tightened around Yoongi's freezing hands.

"Yoongi-." Taehyung hissed as their hands slipped apart.

He choked on his words.

His index finger lingered on Yoongi's pinky.

Yoongi didn't turn back.

"Min Yoongi..." Taehyung's chin touched his chest, looking down at the stone floor covered in snow.

"Taehyung." He finally replied, Taehyung lifted his chin up. Slowly. Facing Yoongi was was already crying.

Taehyung's heart aches.

Seeing his love like this.

He reached his hand out, pulling Yoongi into an embrace.

He buried his nose into Yoongi's neck, shoulders shaking.

They then parted, staring into each other's eyes as if it was the last time. Ever.

As if it was the last time.

As if.

"I love you." Taehyung whispered so softly only Yoongi could hear it in the crowd.

They starred.

Yoongi replied with a long kiss on Taehyung's parted lips.

Young boarded the train and Taehyung followed him along the boarding grounds.

"Yoongi ah." Taehyung said, still holding onto Yoongi's hand that are stretched outside the window of the train.

"Taehyung ah." Yoongi replied as the train started moving. Taehyung started to jog.

"No, wait..." Tears were pouring out at this point.

"Taehyung." Yoongi took a hold of Taehyung warm hands with his other hand and looked sorrowfully at his beloved.

"Young...Yoongi!" Taehyung cried, his legs were screaming at him to stop.

Their grip tightened.

Even though everything else was pulling them apart it couldn't stop them from being together.

The train began to go faster and faster...

Taehyung began running.

Sprinting.

Excelerating.

Crying.

Finally their fingers parted each other and the only thing Taehyung could see was Yoongi's pitch dark hair speeding off into the snowy weather.

Taehyung took a hold of his own hands and sunk to his knees.

"Yoongi..." He whimpered.

It was as if the sky was mourning that day.

It was as if the sun was afraid of something.

As if.
