Chapter Thirty* She's Crazy

Alex P.O.V

So currently I was hanging off the top bars of the districts 'cage'. Or as they called it the box room, a room where they lock the most bad ass criminals, where apparently they always 'break'. I was hanging off the top ones doing pull ups because why not. I hadn't done much exercise in the past day or two so I needed to catch up. The guard's occasionally would walk in, look at me then walk out. Once I had beat my record of pull ups I pulled myself up and swung my legs up so that it was intertwined with the bars. Letting go of the bars from my hands I was now hanging like a bat on the top of the cage.

"ALEX GET DOWN." Derek shouted as he walked in.

"Nah..." I laughed

"She's crazy...." Mills added

"Get....down." with that I rolled my eyes and let go from my legs and flipped causing me to land on my feet.

"Happy?"

He opened the gate and I was finally let out, handing me a burger I followed them up back to their room.

"There has been another car bombing, not far from here..."

"what." I stopped as Derek briefed me

"I don't want to leave you here, want to come to the crime scene?"

"Hell yeh..."

"Okay boss it's a go, we got the green light on Alex joining us for the day." Tyler piped up as she put the phone down.

"How did you get that so fast?" Mills gawked at her.

"I used her background obviously..." she laughed and grabbed her jacket. We all walked out from the district and made our way to the incident.

Walking out from the car there were a large number of police cars and fire engines and paramedics here. The car was still on fire but was soon going to be put out, a large group of people filled the street. Jumping out of the car the group and I all made our way to the owner of the cars house. Passing the police tape one of the police officers looked at me and attempted to stop me.

"Little girl you can't pass the tape."

"Yeh I can." I laughed

"Where is your badge then?"

"oh yeh here..." I looked down and fiddled with my pockets, pulling out nothing I stuck up my middle finger which caused the officer and Derek's guys to laugh.

"she's with us." Derek grabbed me and carried on walking. We walked to where the porch was and made our way over to 3 young women who were talking to a few officers.

"We will take It from here, hi Bridget right? Im agent Hunter." Bridget the eldest, from the others smiled and responded to the questions. She had long dark hair, like mine. Big eyes...like mine and was roughly the same build as me, either im going crazy or this girl looked very similar to me.

Turning around I walked towards Mills, Tyler, Vicky and Axel who were all talking amongst themselves.

"Guys..."

"Yeh Alex?"

"Is it just me, or does Bridget, the girl Derek is talking too, look very similar to me..?"

They all raised their eyebrows and looked back at the girl and started to question it.

"Come to think of it, you do look very similar."

As they were talking about the similarity of us someone in the crowd of people looked right at me, walking past the team I walked slowly towards the group trying not to make it obvious. As I got closer he realised I was looking and started to run.

"HEY STOP!" with that I took off after him, the only reason why he caught my attention was because he looked familiar.

He ran into an allyway and I soon followed, jumping up onto a few bins and hurdling himself across a gate I immediately imitated his actions and jumped over without any hesitation. This was fun, im not going to lie.

He was now trapped by another wall and I started to walk towards him

"There is nowhere to run."

"Shut the fuck up." A strong Russian accent descended from his mouth.

"You're Russian?"

"Stupid girl, you know nothing." Pulling out a gun he pointed it at me, laughing I didn't flinch.

I heard two gun shots roar from behind me and the Russian ducked and hid behind a few bins as I also ducked.

He dropped the gun and found another exit, as a whole group of cops were now running towards me I didn't want him followed as this would get messy so I quickly ran for his gun, picked it up carefully and paced it behind my top and in my pants so it was hidden at my back.

"Alex are you okay?"

"why did you run off for?" as the questions emerged quickly I ignored them and jogged back towards the crime scene.

"I thought I knew him..." I lied

"he had a gun pointed at you." Vicky added as she knew I was lying.

"no he didn't, he was trying to sell me it."

"what have I told you about guns." Derek hollered back at me.

"Derek, you have an important case to work, and Im tired, can I please go home?" nodding he asked one of the officers to drop me off. Giving the wrong address I got out from the police car and walked towards the Royal shine, the 320's address.

"Alexandra."

Walking into the back I sat down with the kids.

"Did you talk to Derek yet about us?"

"No, no time but I will do don't worry..."

"Did you hear about the bombing?"

"Yeh I was just there, so get this..." as I filled them in I grabbed the gun and laid it out on the table.

"You took police evidence?"

"This isnt police evidence, this is now military evidence and its our duty to find out if he was a Russian mole for Olinskey as my life kinda depends on it."

"We will take fingerprints and try locate the seller and who brought the gun, but Alexandra we got a memo today..."

"About what?"

"The funeral will be in two days, you need to go back to base."

"Okay... thanks."

"We cant come with you, our parents are getting back and they need to brief us on a lot as well as we have training and not allowed to leave our base.."

"I know, its okay."

"You should take someone with you though." Ade added as he walked in.

"Yeh like who...."

Short filler chapter but dont worry, the next chapter im posting is nearly 20 pages long, so I can either half it and post one half tonight, or I can wait a few days and post it then. What do you think?
