After I packed my bag, I threw on a grey t shirt and black skinny jeans. (A/n: See above for t-shirt). I was wearingpurple shoes with black skulls on them. Slowly I tiptoe down to the batcave. I know for a fact that they are trying to sleep right now. Carefully, I drive off into the night. At this time of night, I am basically the only one on this road. Well, was.
I hear ferocious barking come from behind me. Seriously, a hell hound? They're basically my spirit animal. Exactly why they shouldn't try killing me.
"Hey death breath! You want to eat me, you have to catch me first!" I yell over my left shoulder. I personally don't want to go back to Tartarus, or even worse, have a family reunion.
I was now going over 100 miles per hour. Come on, I'm almost there!
I swerve off the main road towards the forest. The barks were getting louder. That's it!
I feel the familiar sense of shadow travel course through my veins. I hit my foot on the brakes the second I am inside. I don't need the nymphs lechering me again. Just in time to. a second later and I would've run over poor Will.
"Whoops." I say, giving him a sheepish smile.
"I'll go tell Nico your back.'' He gasped out and practically sprinted the other way. Well my work here is done. Not that I blame him. I mean, I did nearly run him over. Why exactly was he up at what,three in the morning?
At least I didn't run him over. That would have been an awkward conversation. 'Hey Nico, I ran over your boyfriend. I hope you don't mind.' Like I said, awkward. Just as I thought that, an absolutely tired looking Nico appeared before me.
"Sorry if I woke you. Now, if you don't mind, I will be taking a nap. Just because theirs a possibility for another war doesn't mean I should go sleep deprived." I whispered as I headed back towards the Hades cabin.
Nico's p.o.v: After not contacted me for years she comes back to camp? Typical.
I get that she and Tim are secretly dating, but still. It would be nice if she at least introduced him to me.
"So, what brings you back to camp?" I ask.
"A new prophecy. After breakfast I intend to go straight to Chiron." Ashely replied.
