Renegade's p.o.v: sleepover drama

I know what you're all thinking. An al' ghul can have friends? Yes, they can. Ok, at least I can.

Averie, one of my best friends from school, invited me to a sleepover on Saturday.

Now here comes the hard part, getting Bruce to let me go.

I take a deep breath, and then approach him.

" I was wondering if I can go to a friend's house this Saturday. Please let me go!" I exclaimed( well, practically yelled the last part.)

He looked up at me from the computer.

" Am I really supposed to buy that?" He questions.

" Why does everyone think I don't have friends?!" I explode. " Well I do. And I didn't buy them!"

He sighed." Fine. But I want you to spend more time with Damian."

" Got it Mom!" I say, then go pack my stuff.

I slowed my bike to a stop. I knocked on the door. Averie opened the door with a smile.
" Finally. What took you so long?"

" Brothers." I reply with a shrug.

" Don't just stand there, come in!" Gwen yelled.

I sat down with my favorite p.j's on next to Zoey. ( see above under Ashely al' ghul).

They were currently playing a ancient game called candy land. I'm going to be surprised if they didn't steel it from a history museum.

" I brought the Marshmallows as requested." I say, pulling out a bag of giant marshmallows.

" Yes! Come to mama!" Yells an over energetic Gwen.

I chuckle and toss her one. " Be careful with my babies!" She yells, barely catching it.

After we finish the round, Zoey asks if we can play truth or dare. Of course, we all say yes.

" Ok, Averie, truth or dare?" Gwen says.

" Dare. " Averie says.

" Ok, Ash. I dare you to hack batman's tech." Zoey says while everyone else gasps.

"Deal." I exclaimed. At some point, we made it into just dare, and the first to back down would have to do something embarrassing. The winners get to choose.

I hacked it within minutes and changed the background to a cute picture of pugs dressed as batman and robin.

Then I realized something. He was using the flipping computer. I quickly exited out yelling" Shit! Shit! Shit"

" What?" They all yelled at once.

" He was using the computer and I changed the flipping background!" I yelled.

" Like I always say, ' My ex wife still misses me, but her aim is getting better!'" Averie says, using a reference to make me feel better.( by the way, it's actually a Gravity falls reference.)

I laugh. At least I haven't  vandalized
the hall of justice. I spoke to soon.

I watched as Gwen prepared herself to trow toilet paper all over there statues.

" Wait!" I whispered. " I can't let you do this ... alone." I grab one roll, and start wrapping up super man's statue.

We drove away, laughing into the night. I'm so dead when I get home.
