Chapter 4

Cain looked at the ground, after having Isabella tell him off he realised what he was about to do. He was going to mark someone that wasn't his mate, and then he thought, if he did ever meet his true mate would he feel guilty?

Cain looked over towards the alpha's best friend and says 'Look..' 'Sky' She replies. 'Look Sky, I'm really sorry and I hope you will forgive me, I know that I am your mate and I hope that I can be better for you so please give me a chance and forgive me'.

The thing that shocks him the most is that she comes closer to him and brushes her lips across his. Even though she didn't kiss him he felt the shocks and wondered if that was only a tease then what would it feel like actually kissing her.

She goes to kiss him again, but instead she brushes past his lips and whispers in his ear, 'I will but first you need to get her scent off you, you smell like a dying prostitute'.

Cain looks at her with a smile on his lips. 'Sky, I don't know if its too early to say but I think I love you'

Sky looks shocked at this information as she stutters out 'I ummm..'

Sky looks down and Cain puts two fingers under her chin and lifts her head up slightly so he can look into her beautiful green eyes, he smiles softly at her and kisses her forehead before pulling her to his chest and giving her a hug.

'I'm sorry baby girl' he whispers softly.

A smile tugs at Cain's lips as he thinks to himself, 'I finally found my mate and she is absolutely gorgeous and I can't believe that I was going to let that all go, I have my entire world in front of me and I just hope that she can forgive me for what I was going to do'.

Isabella had a small sad smile on her face as she walked through the pack hallway. After she had seen Sky and her mate accept and forgive each other she thought to herself, her work is done.

'Where is my daughter?!' Isabella says loudly enough so the pack would hear here from where she is.

'Alpha she is down here' Jason says.

Isabella walks over to them and picks Tori up and she says 'Momma', at that Isabella starts to cry, because that is what she should be saying to their mother not to her.

Isabella finishes singing and sighs as she falls asleep. Isabella herself tired, makes up a bed on the floor next to her cot because she's going to be paranoid that something is going to happen to her baby girl.
