I've seen some really creative usernames during my time on Wattpad. For example, I personally love grimesalad and -deansbaby . Some of my other favourites include a-stera , latte-to-go and stainedintrovert They're simple, yet really cool and I'm pretty jealous ngl.
If your goal is to be Wattpad famous, then your username should be catchy and unique, not:

I don't know, something about usernames being appealing is just appealing. And the same goes for profile pictures. No, a really bad quality photo of some guy from 5sos will not make be intrigued, try again, sweetie.
I know it's hard to come up with a decent username, but that's where creativity comes into this. Think about what your account is about, or what your personality is. Or, just go onto dictionary.com, like I did with my second account, -conciliate lol
