takes place after Jonny and Spencer stole back the paintings

Spencer smiled as she sat back on the seat in Jonny's Van. They just got away with stealing their paintings back from a guy who took it from there. Spencer didn't want to admit it, but she actually had some fun. More than fun. It was great. After being charged with Murder of Bethany Young, it was nice having that weight being lifted off her shoulders. It also distracted the distance from her and Toby. She loves Toby with all her heart but ever since he became a cop, he's been ignoring her, calling off dates, he even missed their anniversary. Since the girls are busy with their own lives, she rarely hung out with them. Also her and Caleb had been becoming close. Toby was still mad at them both for going behind his back and getting rid of the knife. As she waited for Jonny to get snacks from the gas station, she looked at the view mirror and saw red, blue lights flashing. 

"Crap" she muttered. She automatically knew it was Toby. She got out the car and Toby also got out and took out his flashlight flashing at the car 

"Toby what are you doing here?" Spencer asked softly

"Is this your van" he directly asked Jonny who's coming out holding blue slushy for him, red slushy for her and a bunch of other snacks.

"yeah that's my painting, I got the rest in the back" Jonny smirked pointing at the car

"Jonny!" Spencer exclaimed.

"He was only taking back what was his?" Spencer told Jonny. Toby went to see the paintings in the Van. 

"Would you step back please" Toby snarked at the two.

"If you're going to be questioning people, you should be questioning the creep who runs the gallery" Spencer defended

"Would you open this?" Toby said ignoring Spencer

"No- what are you doing?" Spencer asked a little bit impatient this time

"Doing my job responding to a call, the question is What are you doing here" Toby exclaimed. This is when Jonny stepped in

"Hey man, she didn't have anything to do with this, you can let her go" Jonny said defending Spencer. This made Toby angry

"Thats not you call to make" Toby told Jonny.  Toby put his flashlight in his utility belt " You're coming down to the station, please turn around and put your hands behind your back

"Toby stop it" Spencer demanded

"Spence, it's alright, I got this" Jonny smiled

"No it's not alright, he's only doing this because he's mad at me" Spencer spat. She knew she was right. He's been mad at her since the knife and barrel situation

"No, im doing this because a business has been burglarized and there are stolen goods in the vehicle" Toby said as he walked Jonny to the cop car and placed him in the back seat and closed the door.

"Wait you can not arrest him, what are you doing?" Spencer asked tearing up a bit, and also getting very fustrated that Toby is ignoring her.

"Have you even heard a word I've been saying, will you stop being a cop for five minutes" Spencer yelled. It's rare her and Toby yell at each other, or even fought. Spencer sensed something really bad was going to happen

"Toby!" Spencer called out. Toby grabbed Spencer's hand and walked a few feet from the car

"Just walk away Spencer" Toby said. This time Toby was getting angry.
